New Year's Love ♡

The new year was coming up today, which had Blue's social friends invite us, probably making me a outcast but I can deal with it. As we had to get ready, I haded to work on snacks with Blue's bubbly friend, " Celeste".

I was thinking of life hacks I got from youtube but you put a certain snack in a baby wipes box. As I was taking out the wipes and shoved potato chips in there.

Celeste soon popped out and said " OMG! You legit do those hacks, from youtube, good idea"!

I nodded and clipped the chip or wipes box, as I watched her dumping tortillas in a bowl, adding a dip in the side.

When we finished with the cupcakes and pastries and greasy food, I headed to the balcony, the window flew open as I opened it.

As I heard a creak behided me, it was that bubbly friend.
Celeste.

She said " I suggest you and Blue go up here in the new year's fireworks".
I scolded her, but nodding at the same time, she smiled and went off, me and Blue, here?

When it was 10:00, bunch of people came, partying and cheering. The music boomed around as the couch was complete filled with socializing girls and boys.
As I was gonna sit in the edge of the lonely red couch, I heard Celeste came to my seat, nodding and handing me a certain mint.
I twisted my head slowly to her face, her smiling, I knew what she meant. She wanted me to kiss Blue, I finally took a throw of the peppermint, she putted extra didn't she?

As I felt the peppermint crunch down, I saw her to crowd away. When I lay back, I slowly thought " Why"?

When I heard mumbling and people whispering around me, I felt guilty, a butterfly flying in my stomach, as it formed to many. When I peaked at the stairs, the posters of certain werewolf love series, I don't even know what is about.

When I was looking around, I see a moonlight poster of a wolf, just in the beige wall.



As I stepped away, I was gonna head downstairs, I saw Celeste, again. I sighed " What now"?

She said with a lovey lovey kiss face " Its 10:54, meaing a hour and six minutes till new year"!

She must be the fan girls of romantic love, as I was watching some " Spiderman Homecoming". I looked at the oven's robotic words. 11:18, it clicked to 11:19 as I clutched my fists, then quietly sighed.

When it was 11:50, everybody went outside, having poppers on their hands up, when Blue came out, I snatched and dragged her up.

Celeste's smile went away as I went up the stairs, she asked " What we doing". I went to the balcony, showing me the time, 11:58.

As it clicked to 11:59, I saw her confused face, clicking her head to tilt. As I counted to 50, I finally sighed and went to 59. When I pressed my lips into her.

The fireworks springed over as everybody cheered, the new year's kiss, was just not perfect, but loving..
