a "glitch" in the system

No no no no no!!!!

(ITS STILL MACYS POV)

Tears clouded my vision as I cradled clay in my arms..... then I heard a voice....

It was clays.... but it didn't glitch out, it didn't even have the robotic noise... it sounded like a normal persons voice "Macy...." he said and put his hand on my cheek..... he managed to use the last of his strength to lean up and kiss me I held his hand as he started to fade away..... it started from his feet up until he only had some of his body left

Clay was gone.....

Aaron and the others found me crying "what happened, Macy?" He asked me as I ran up and hugged him while crying

I needed some comfort after what just happened

Aaron hugged me back after he realized what might've happened

We headed back to the fortex.... i explained to Merlock what happened the whole time I was trying to stop myself from crying

That night I checked clays room one last time to make sure i wasn't dreaming....

I wasn't........

Then I woke up.....

I was in my room at the castle?

I looked at my hands

I was only 7 years old again

And it was the exact day I had met clay for the first time in my life.........

Clay didn't remember anything like I did!

I tried to make sure that this may have been a dream!!

but it's not!!

Clay was alive!
And I made a promise to him that he didn't know about

This time......

I wouldn't let anything happen to him.....

So I stayed by his side for most of my life making sure he was safe......

And even to this day I still keep that promise.....

I won't let him go through what he had to go through again.....
