Their loud voices are the only noise that can be heard in the whole place. Their eyes shine while they laugh. Beautiful smiles are evident in their faces. They are happy.
That's what they know.
They are happy because they're together.
But once they're alone, it's all darkness.
They all are aware of what the problems they, individually, caused. Problems they're facing for a long time.
And these problems each of them owns are damaging them. Their whole system, and especially, their friendship.
It is causing them pain.
But still, they shrug it off. Because they are happy with each other. That's what matters.
Not noticing that, little by little, they are dying. They are dying inside. And the only one who can fix them are themselves, by looking at their past actions.
And by making things right.
Doing that, they can now change the effect.
