Red Wolf - Kade
Black Wolf - Cinder
Grey Wolf - Ayeko---------------------------------------------
Kade's POV
I sat in the shadows of the kennel, longing for signs of my wolf pack.
I've been sat here for a few days by now.. and still no sign. It's been a few weeks.. no one has come to rescue me from this horrid place.
I've stayed away out of sight of two legs, and luckily no one has wanted to adopt me.It's been... A month. They haven't appeared, not even for a single second.
I'm starting to give up, they won't come for me will they?I hear them! They're here!
I quickly sneak out from the shadows and hop onto the front deck, the floor was wooden and damp.
There I see Ayeko and Cinder checking each cage until I let out a wolf-like bark directly to them. They scamper over to me and pushing their muzzles through the bars, each greeting me with the touch of their noses."Where have you been?! I've waited probably a month and a half for you two." I snapped quietly.
"Not the time for questioning, Kade." Ayeko replied, and Cinder added a nod to agree with his reply.
"Whatever, just get me out of this horrible place. No one's restocked my food for days, same with the water. They have such low supplies here." I huffed toward them, but at the same time not directly to them.
"Says the one who never helped us hunt. You always sat out and acted lazy." Ayeko snapped.
"That's very true." Ayeko's mate added as she looked around for the keys.
"Aha! Found them. Don't worry Kade, you'll be out in no time." She'd give me a smile, and of course I'd smile back as that is what friends do.
Ayeko took the keys from Cinder's maw, tilting his head sideways to fit the key in, then turning it.
Quickly, they stepped back as I put my paws up on the cage door, and putting pressure on it for it to swing open.
Suddenly, I heard an ear breaking noise and Ayeko and Cinder ran away toward the forest, me following behind.
That's right, I set the alarm off. I didn't mean to.. I guess that's just what cages do.
We soon arrived back at the Pack grounds, setting down onto the luscious green grass that appeared emerald green to us.
Soon the day was over, and I looked over at the other two.
"Sunrise or Sunset..?" I asked and they looked at me, smiling and laughing.
