Tord was picked up at school by Pat.
"Hey.. I have a question?" Tord asked.
"Ya?"
"My friend is having a sleepover.. Can I go?"
"Of course! When is it?"
"This weekend!"
"Okay! Do you need me to give you a ride there or is that friends parents going to pick you up from school?"
"I'll have to ask.."
"Alrighty then!"
The rest of the ride home was silent. They got home to Paul watching tv on the couch.
"Paul! Tord is going to a sleepover this weekend!" Pat said excitedly.
"Already? Its only his first day." Paul groaned.
"Ya! And that is good!"
"Ya, sure is." Paul, mumbled.
