Chapter 2; How Could You?

I unlock the door and open it. "MOMMMMMMM!" Jake comes running in the hallway. I turn to him, step in front of him and hold him tight, so tight to the point where he pushes me away to be able to breathe. I tell him, as calmly as I possible could, "go get my phone and call the cops, I will get mom....after you call 911, Jake you need to call dad.....NOW"

He runs to my room and yells to me, "SIS....WHATS YOUR CODE?" "DANG IT....its 10517....HURRY JAKE." I run into moms bedroom and wake her try to wake her up, "MOM....wake up please...please....please...please wake up! It's Becca."

She finally wakes up, "honey....good god....whats wrong with you? What's going on baby?" She sees that I am crying and pointing to the hallway. "Honey you have to talk to me." Only I couldn't, I couldn't do anything but point to the hallway. When that does not work, I take her arm and pull her to the bathroom.

When she sees Becca, she drops to her knees and starts crying. "BECCA....why baby....whyyyyy?" Jake comes in the hallway, he tells me something, but I couldn't understand what he said. "Jake calm down, what did you say?" He finally calms down, "I said that 911 is on it's way and dad is coming home right away."

About 5 minutes later EMS shows up and Dom their father gets there about 10 minutes after them. Jessica, (Letty their mom), and Jake are standing outside of their front door talking to the police when Dom walks up to them and hugs them. Officer Wright is asking them questions right now about what they think she may have done this for.

Jake runs back upstairs, and I run after him. "JAKE....what are you doing?....why are we in her room?" He turns to me and starts crying and says, "I over heard Becca one night talking to Joshua, and then they started fighting. She started yelling at the phone and then she hung up. Then after that I went back to my room and I heard her start throwing things at the wall."

I tried to ask him something before I got dragged back down stairs by mom. She wants me to talk to Officer Wright, so I do. That's where things made me mad.
