Promises?

Once upon a dream

Tell everybody besides Hayes. His birthday was coming up, and Ryan and I wanted to make it special.

Since she had a little crush on Taylor, one of Nash's friends, I decided to invite him along with the other Magcon boys.

Hayes isn't really a Magcon boy, but we still include him.

Ryan and I were almost done telling everybody. Hayes's mom also wanted to help and his dad. His dad had such pretty eyes, like Nash and Hayes.

So, after we were done setting up I felt weird. Really, weird.. I decided to tell everyone I was going to go home.

They said okay, and I walk home. I didn't live that far from Hayes.

When I got home, I felt sleepy. Was someone grabbing my arm?

"Kaylee! Hunny, are you okay? You face, ittt-ii-it's swollen." Mrs.Water said calling 911.

After that I didn't remember anything. The last thing I remember was, I walked inside and my mom asked me if I was okay. Next thing you know I was in a white bed, possibly the hospital..

I slowly awoke. Hayes was holding my hand. I look over at the clock and it was three in the morning.

Everybody seemed to me outside in the waiting room sleeping and Hayes was in the room with me. Alone. I woke him up.

"Where am I?" I said.

Hayes woke up.

"Oh my god. Baby, are you okay? GUY.." He said, not finishing his sentence because I cut him off.

"I'M FINE! Don't wake them up.. Please don't. I just want to be alone right now, and I want to understand what's happening." I said.

"Well," Hayes started saying, slowly, " no one really knows. Your mom tried explaining it to us, and she doesn't even know. Ryan said, you just asked to leave. Y'all were studying for a test. And you felt weird."

When he said that I remembered! I felt didn't feel weird. I was just thinking and saying that. I don't know what happened at all.

"Well, I remember that. I just don't remember a thing. But, can't we wait until morning. I'm tired." I said, closing my eyes.

"Yes," Hayes said, in a relieved voice. "Yes, we can. I love you baby girl."

"I love you too.., almost closing my eyes, still closed I ask, "Hayes, come sleep, in this bed with me. So, I can feel home again. Please?"

And that what he did.

I don't know exactly what happened. But I was tired. And I didn't know what to do. I feel asleep. Glad to have him. I don't know what I would do, without him.
