VIPS and BLACKLISTED

So basically, I'm going to have a group of people who I refer to 'VIPS' and 'BLACKLISTED'. 

'VIPS' are basically my friends irl who write books or maybe certain accounts in Wattpad that I find really sweet and nice. 

'VIPS' are allowed to decide whether they want to do the following payments or not.
