Mordecai and Rigby made their way out of the boy's dormitory building with Thomas trailing behind them nonchalantly, his hands in his pockets, wearing a relaxed look on his face.
"So, where to first? Let's head to amusement mile to find our guitars or what?" Mordecai asked Rigby, paying no attention to Thomas.
"I don't know man, hey Thomas what do you think?" Rigby asked turning to face Thomas, much to Mordecai disdain.
"Hmm. I'm pretty hungry, how about you two?" Thomas said, with a confident smirk on his face, raising a brow at the pair before him just as they arrived at the bus stop.
"Oh yeah! I'm starving! And hey! This could be a great time to introduce you to our delectable American cuisine!" Rigby said, exaggerating the last part making both Thomas and Mordecai laugh. Before Rigby turned his attention to Mordecai, eyes beaming.
"Who swallowed a dictionary?" Jeez, who swallowed a dictionary?" Mordecai joked
Rigby rolled his eyes before talking "Pshh that word isn't even that deep, and Hey! I'm smart." Rigby said, his hands on his hips glaring at Mordecai jokingly.
"Sure, whatever you say Einstein." Mordecai said, rolling his eyes before crossing his arms over his chest.
"So? What do you say Mordecai? Can we show Thomas around a biy first? Pleaaaase?" Rigby asked Mordecai, forcing the cutest puppy dog eyes he could muster onto Mordecai.
Mordecai was about to speak when he noticed Thomas who was awkwardly looking away, a deep blush obvious on his cheeks. Mordecai felt a pang of anger surge through him before Rigby took his attention by pulling on his hoodie's sleeve still wearing pupoy dog eyes.
Mordecai sighed before ruffling Rigby's hair "How could I say no to face like this?" Mordecai said, poking Rigby's cheek.
"And besides, even if I said no you would have dragged me there anyway." Mordecai said just as the bus arrived.
"Hehe.. yeah, I definitely would have." Rigby said, following Mordecai who had already stepped foot inside the bus. Just as Rigby stepped in he looked back to see Thomas looking to the side at nothing.
"Hey Thomas! We getting some lunch or what?" Rigby said, snapping Thomas out of his thoughts.
"Huh? Oh yes, yes ofcourse. I'm coming." Thomas said, as he jogged the short distance.
Rigby smiled and shrugged his shoulders before climbing the rest of the short flight of steps.
Mordecai, Rigby and Thomas sat on the 5th row from the entrance. Thomas next to the window, Mordecai next to the aisle and Rigby in between them. The window seat was normally reserved for Rigby, but he decided since Thomas was new to the city he could sit there and see the view.
"So, where do you two want to eat?" Thomas said, turning his attention to the pair beside him.
"I don't know, but wherever it is.. it has to let you sample american cooking!" Rigby said happily.
Mordecai opened his mouth to speak but was cut off by Rigby "oooh! We could eat at that pizza pasta place!" Rigby said cheerfully.
Mordecai laughed a bit before speaking "That's Italian food rigby" mordecai snickered
"Huh? Oh I knew that. Oh how about.. tac-"
"Mexican"
"Oh, that shawar-"
