Kim Minseok sips strong coffee from the porcelain mug. Today was a sunny day, just how the stars seemed to say last night when he looked at the constellations under the night blue sky. He always knew it, he thought that the stars will never make a mistake, it was perfectly said from the horoscopes. Minseok just lets out a sigh and continues to stare at the people coming and going outside of the coffee shop, with cars releasing polluted smoke and people who run because they're late from work. It was the usual cycle of each day.
People grew used to it, Minseok thought, as he sees the people having blank expressions on their faces. He knew that because he thought the whole world believed in the stars, constellations, and horoscopes. Well, who would doubt it?
A sudden ringing of the bells alerted Minseok as he looks at the person who enters the coffee shop. He was a guy with blonde hair, he had astounding cheekbones, and he looked Chinese. He was moving around like he was panicking or something, according to Minseok, as the man dashes towards the cashier and orders. Minseok wondered what he ordered, but he hopes it was his favorite, espresso. He watches the boy curiously as he pays the cashier and silently waits for his orders. Aside from that, the boy looked attractive, he thought again, as he silently sips from the porcelain mug.
It happened to be a short wait for the man as he was given his order, and from afar, Minseok can see the man ordered an Americano. Minseok just pouts, his assumption not happening. Well, he didn't even know the man's name, or where he lives, or what was his cellphone number, so he decided to remove the thought of the man.
But Minseok was curious. For someone named Kim Minseok, that guy seemed familiar, it's like he has seen him before.
He just doesn't know where and when.

"Sorry, I'm late!" Jongdae says while panting, his hands resting on the wall. And again, he is late for work, and his Americano coffee spilled earlier on the streets. What a perfect life, though. "Mr. Kim, why the heck are you late again? You know very well that there is a meeting today." His boss says, and the word meeting struck Jongdae's brain. His eyes widened, actually forgetting the presentation for the meeting later, due to being late and all that. Jongdae bites his lower lip out of panic, and was about to run out again until his boss asked, "Did you bring your presentation today?"
Jongdae gulps loudly from fear, and cold sweat started to flow from his forehead to his face. He twists his feel to give a look of his boss, who was giving him a face that seemed like his boss was judging him. "I forgot it at my house." Jongdae stutters and his boss rolls his eyes in annoyance. Jongdae knew well his boss will say 'you're fired' and push him out of the office, it was always a rowdy and unlucky day for Kim Jongdae. His boss gave him a look and said simply, "You're fired." Jongdae just sighs and walks out of the office in peace.
He wished to be out of the company for once and for all. The people there never trusted him, everyone there loathed him for no reason, even his boss loathed him. He hated being treated like an antagonist, even though he isn't. As much as the truth hurts, Jongdae thought, everyone hates him...and he blamed the stars for it. He thought that the stars had some defect that made his whole being so miserable. Ever since he was six, his parents sort of forgot that they had a son, and were more focused on their jobs than him.
