After weeks of packing and a eternity of bitching and moaning we made it to Lebanon Oregon but toward the out skirts of town.
I finally arrived at my grandparents house I was brought here do to my parents always working and me constantly skipping class. My grandparents ran a horse rescue and would constantly bring in New horses I grew up rideing and taming them during the summer until a bad fall sent me in the hospital for a while.
I greeted my grandma with open arms and a smile. "My how you've grown but your hair is still untamable" she giggled at me and my mess of hair. I went in side and went to my normal room and dropped my things off. I dashed down stairs new to talk with my gma. As I approached her she turned over her shoulder "you know Lucky Spirit is still out with the blm heard" she said this with a smile my face beamed ear to ear. "Go see him" she told me with a smile I dashed out of the property with every thing I had. I missed Lucky Spirit as much as I could this was a horse I raised with my own hands and wen he refused to be tamed by any one else and after the accident I was to afraid they turned him out with the loose blm horses they kept on the property.
When I met the end of the field to a new one starting I began yelling for my boy. I had crawled threw the fence and made my way down the meadow path towards a wide Creek. As I approached it, a heard of wild horses came with Lucky Spirit leading the heard he dashed to me with no hesitation the rest stayed back seeing if I would eat the small horse I stroked his soft muzzle and tried to run my fingers threw his matted hair, he was just like me. I moved to the gate with Lucky Spirit matching me stride per stride I lead him in the next pasture and the heard darted there not far behind they danced and pranced around the new feild showing off there massive bodies and tremendous power yet they feared such small week creatures like me.
As I walked to the barn I noticed Lucky Spirit was so glued to me he was on top of me and his larg head was wrapped around me like a snake I egnored him until I put his halter on to lead him to the barn. Once there he pranced around and shook his head. I shot him a sarcastic look and he looked away.
After cleaning him up I noticed the heard went silent I grew nervous as I poked my head around the corner I cought a breath taking sight a pure white mare stood with long white tangled hair and red eyes with a small slender body. The heard greeted her with quiet and all approached her I watched at the beauty takeing time to greet each of them.
