Part 7

It's been 2 years since ten ten said that words. I still can't believe that he said he is going to marry me. That day he said that and went off to US. In this 2 years he not even talked me on phone or tried to talk to me. Finally as ten ten said I studied hard now I am nurse in a top hospital. It feels amazing when I try to treat the patients. I wore my clean while nurse dress. My hair is pulled in a bun and put on a white nurse cap. I looked into the mirror and smile myself. I pulled my purse And ran to downstairs. 

"Tailw break fast " aunty shouted and ran behind me. While I ran towards the main gate. 

" aunty I will eat at  the canteen " I said without turning back. And took a cab and reached my hospital. As I entered into the building. Looking at my watch I a hurry.

"My god !!!!" I ran directly to the patients room. 

" I am sorry I am late grand ma " I said smiling to my patient who is around 80's sleeping on bed. From past 2 months I am taking care of her. She smiled looking at me. 

" Here are your tablets " I said giving her tablets. And making her to sit on bed. 

" grand ma I told you right no sweets " I warned looking at the sweet box beside the table. 

" this is for you " she said giving me the box of sweets into my hand. I smiled at her. 

" Today i am going to discharge I miss you so much " she said in sad tone. 

" grand ma I miss you too" I said and hugged her. 

I ran towards another room. 

" uncle, how are you feeling ? " I asked smiling at my patient. He nodded and smiled at me. While I pulled a injection and injected into him. 

After attending all my patients. I sat on chair in a relaxed way. 

" Tailw , have some water " I opened my eyes to see Blake . He is working just like me he is a doctor here. 

"Thank you Blake " I said smiling at him. He got seated beside me. 

" why you always work over time you should rest a bit " he said looking at me. 

I don't want to go home. When I see home I only  think about ten ten. 

" it's nothing Blake I love this proffesional. I want to work more " I said smiling at him. 

" it's ok but it doesn't mean that you will work continuously without eating anything from morning " he said in warning tone. 

" yes yes I know now stop lecturing me " I said smiling at him. He smiled at me. 

" sir, your patient is waiting ?" Another nurse said to him. He nodded to her. 

" Tailw eat before you work " Blake said once again I nodded to him. He went off giving me a smile.

As I reached home. It's already mid night 12. 

" Tailw " I heard voice from behind its aunty. I know now she will start scolding me. 

" I told you right don't work over time think about yourself Tailw you are neglecting your health " aunty said in sad tone. I turned around.

" Tailw eat before going upstairs and also ..........." before she say anything. A tear rolled in my eyes. 

" I am not hungry " I said and ran to upstairs. I closed the door behind me and fell on bed and started to cry slowly. 

 Why you not even once called me ten ten. You said you will marry me then we're is your promise. You said you will return it's been 2 years still you not even returned. I felt asleep after long time of crying.
