It was a beautiful afternoon. The sun was enjoying its reign on a clear blue sky of floating clouds, extending its warm rays of light over the earth ever so gently. The trees were clothed in picturesque mixes of vibrant rust reds, autumn golds and amber browns, with the cool breeze stirring them up and encouraging the colored leaves to waltz around in the crisp air.

It was such a beautiful afternoon. But, to his dismay, Copter was currently unable to fully appreciate the perfect fall weather surrounding him. Because, right in front of his eyes, Tee was bouncing around like a crazy person. And he was frantically swinging his arms and hands in the air. Copter cringed.

"What in the world are you doing?" Copter asked, with a hint of embarrassment in his voice.

Tee paused his actions for a moment in order to meet Copter's eyes. "I'm trying to catch a falling leaf," he explained, showing no concern for Copter's discomfort. "Help me, will you?"

Copter just shot Tee a weird look and shook his head no. Tee shrugged and continued with his efforts. After a few minutes of silently watching Tee jumping up and down to no avail, Copter's curiosity eventually got the best of him.

"Why are you trying to catch a falling leaf?"

Tee paused again. "Well, there's a saying in Korea. Like a legend of some sort. They say that if you catch a falling maple leaf..."

Tee stopped midway in his sentence. Judging by the huge smile on his face, it was intentional.

"If you catch a falling maple leaf?" Copter echoed back, urging Tee to continue.

Tee's eyes let out a mischievous glint. "If you're curious, you should help me catch one."

Copter glared at Tee with annoyance. "Well, I need to know what I'm doing it for."

"Trust me, it's a good thing," Tee replied.

"Is it like getting your wish granted?" Copter guessed.

"Something like that."

Well, Copter thought, if Tee was that determined to accomplish what he was doing, then it must be for something pretty good. And it surely wouldn't hurt to join Tee? Other than looking like a complete idiot? And Copter was (unfortunately) quite used to getting strange looks from other people when he was with Tee. Because they tended to do ridiculous things when they were together. Which was one of the reasons why he loved hanging out with the senior.

So, Copter ended up giving in to Tee's ploy. With a resolved look on his face, he joined Tee in jumping around and wildly making grabs at all the leaves falling down from the trees surrounding them. To his discouragement, though, it was actually way more difficult than it looked. But Copter didn't give up. And, after just a few minutes, perhaps as a reward for his perseverance, he finally achieved his goal.
