So if this wasn't just some stupid prank, it had to be a dream. A f*cked up nightmare that he couldn't wake himself out of, no matter how hard he tried. And damn, did he try like crazy to escape this horrifying nightmare. He pinched himself, slapped both of his cheeks and even banged his head on the wall several times. But nothing worked. All he got from those silly attempts were his own yelps of pain and what-the-hell-is-he-doing stares from the other (rather scared-looking) members.
"What are you now, a masochist?!?!" Bas exclaimed, with a hint of concern in his voice.
Kimmon weakly shrugged him off because he was way too worn out to come up with a good excuse for his "weird" behavior.
But before he could figure out how to get out of his messed up reality, Kimmon was dragged onto the main stage of the venue, with the other members right alongside him. Fortunately for him, the event easily started off with SBFIVE's signature performance of "Whenever". At least this part of his life didn't change, he thought to himself gratefully. Turning on his professional mode right away, he managed to enjoy the stage and even started to feel a little better about his situation.
Yet, who was he kidding?! Kimmon's slightly better mood instantly plummeted after the performance. Because as soon as the song ended, it seemed like the whole world was making fun of him and his bizarre crisis.
First, throughout the entire event, Kimmon unconsciously kept standing right next to Copter, following him around like some lost puppy. Until the others pushed him back to Tae's side, to where he apparently belonged.
"What's wrong with you today?" Tee whispered to him, as he again pushed Kimmon away from Copter and towards Tae.
Sh*t. Kimmon wanted to stomp his feet and scream at all the unfairness. Because it really wasn't his fault. His body was just so used to being next to Copter that he himself didn't realize what he was doing until it was too late. And plus, it wasn't like there was some set rule that he couldn't stand next to Copter! So, even though he totally wasn't doing it on purpose, he also wasn't willing to correct his "mistake" and he stubbornly stayed put until someone forced him to move away from Copter.
After a while, even Copter glanced at him in confusion when he found Kimmon standing next to him once again. Kimmon internally flinched at his questioning eyes. Please don't send me away, he desperately tried to convey to Copter with very pitiful eyes. Upon meeting those unusually sad eyes, Copter shot him a baffled look, but he didn't make a move to push him away. Kimmon smiled in relief and satisfaction as he slightly leaned closer to Copter. But he silently groaned again when Tee immediately dragged him back to Tae's side. With a disapproving frown, Tee ultimately made him link arms with Tae in order to stop him from going next to Copter.
And if his continuous struggle to stay by Copter's side wasn't already distressing enough, his depressed mood exponentially worsened when the MCs of the event proceeded to ask each member several questions sent by their fans. Kimmon utterly failed to keep a straight face every time Copter answered. Because each and every one of Copter's answers repeatedly stabbed him in the heart.
"If you had to be stranded on an island with just one SBFIVE member, who would it be?"
