Chapter 18

SEOLHEE'S POV

The bell rang and the school has ended! I heard key sounds from the door. I wore my backpack and went to the door, waiting for them to open.

"So, you guys reconciled?!" Chaejung asked excitedly. I pushed her away and made my way down from the rooftop.

I ran to my house, not caring about the three of them.

But then, I stopped at the coffee shop nearer. I ordered my drink and took a seat. I'm bored, so I take an aesthetic picture of my drink with an aesthetic filter.

I wrote how i wish things are normal as before as my caption. I was shocked that Mingyu liked my post. Oh yeah, he's still following me.

I went home and opened the door and rushed to my room. I closed the door of my room and slumped myself on my bed, getting ready to cry.

I seriously don't know why I'm still in fire even though Mingyu apologised twice already. What is wrong with me? Why do I can't forgive him?

Urgh.

My tears started to fall, it feels good being like this for a moment, until my mom came inside my room. She took a seat at the edge of my bed and patted my back.

"Seolhee ah, what is it now? Is the situation getting worse?" My mom queried anxiously and I nodded my head that I was suffocating with my pillow.

I sat down and wiped my tears away.

"I don't know what I'm doing. I think that I'm childish and stupid for acting like this." I muttered and she wrinkled her forehead in confusion.

"Tell me exactly what it is that you've done?" She asked.

"Hmm.. His twelve friends and Chaejung planned to trapped us at the rooftop, so that we can reconcile. He did tried to talk to me but I glared him. What have I done?" I mumbled the last part while keep shaking my head.

"Okay listen, I know you're still mad about the bad comments you got from his followers and that your follow requests are still flooding, but just don't care about them. Just accept their follow requests and just don't mind of their bad comments. It's your life, you are free to do whatever you want and choose whatever you want. Maybe they did that because they're jealous." Mom advised while keep rubbing my hair softly and I smiled weakly to her.

"Should I just accept literally all the follow requests?" I asked wanting my mom to assure me again and she nodded with a smile.

"What should I do about Mingyu, then?" I asked curiously and she hummed while looking up the ceiling, trying to think of a way.

"Talk to him?" She shrugged.

"Aniyo!! I don't have the courage to talk to him when it's my fault." I muttered.

"Then, why don't you just dm him?" She suggested with a teasing smile and I agreed. My mom patted my hair and went downstairs since she wanna cook for dinner.
