Can't summer last any longer?

It was the week before school. Summer was ending. Which meant work. And I don't like work.

This new school in LA had just opened up. It was a high school too. It was a gifted program. Kinda.

It wasn't for the smart. It was for the talented most likely. If some type of college was looking out for you, you wanted this school.

You could be a musician, jock, actor, you name it!

It was a school where everyone got along. Yet not everyone got in. They were only accepting 200 high school kids. You had to send in an application and hope to get accepted.

Luckily I got in. I got accepted with volleyball. I had been playing since I was 10 and I had fell in love!

Two colleges have been watching me play since I graduated 9th grade and this new school would help a ton!

If I got a scholarship to either I would be so lucky! But I had to finish high school strong and at Bretons School of Talent (BST)

I had to focus on schoolwork and separating from volleyball was the best idea.

You had to keep your grade above an 80 average to stick on the team.

So I had to work hard and not let my grades slip.

Or else..
