In the blues I lay,
A deadly weight, I wait.
I pray for the skies all gray,
Yet on my woe I prey.

World all gloomy around me,
Living, I no longer wish for.
From the despair I try to flee,
Yet in poetry my feelings are poured.

Alive though dead inside,
Killing myself I tried,
Caged like animals, I cried.
Yet locked,I tried suicide.

Failed were my attempts,
Failed to no extent.
In my misery I fade,
Yet for my sins I paid.

In my misery I fade,Yet for my sins I paid
