"KK thiith iith tho not over, get back here you fuckathth!" karkat ignored Sollux, as he continued to march away from his matespirt, he found and entered jades lab hoping to find Kanaya, Rose or jade herself to scare off Sollux off for a bit so he could get his head together, but he found no one there he sighed as the door slammed opened behind him, this was not going to be fun.

"KK ii can't beliieve how thtupiid you are thometiime ii mean of all the iidiiotiic thiingth you've done thiith iith one of the worthe" he turned to face him staring in to his matespirts missed matched eyes "OH YEAH YOUR JUST MISTER FUCKING PERFECT AREN'T YOU, YOUVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG IN YOUR WHOLE FUCKING LIFE YOU BULGE SUCKING ASS FACE" he shot back, thinking back to how all this started and how it wasn't really his fault as Sollux had moved his romcoms as a joke first and not told him where their were for a week, so after finding them in Terezi's room he'd unplugged Sollux husktop and hidden it in the vent in their room, how was he supposed to know that Gamzee had been hidden there or that he would attack and destroy the husktop, of course Sollux had kicked off when he'd found out which had lead to the argument and karkat storming off.

Sollux stomped up to him till their were inches apart "iim not thayiing ii haven't but at leatht ii have the decency two apologiize when ii do!" he push karkat lightly, but it was enough to make him bump into a mechanic behind him, that bust into life he jumped forward against Sollux as he heard a loud beep argument forgotten, Sollux wrapped his arms around the smaller male as a white light then fill the room, it and the two were gone in a flash the mechanics lights flashed before exploding.

The two hit the ground hard groaning and a slightly high pitched scream emitted as they did, karkat as he was on top pushed himself up first and then off of Sollux who pushed himself up sitting next to him. "You ok KK" karkat nodded at him "YOU" Sollux also nodded, they were in a dark forest only trees and a few bushes around them the only light came from a half formed moon  nothing more that they could see, "where do you thiink we are" karkat shook his head "HOW THE EVERLIVING FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW" he leaned his head against Sollux's shoulder and felt the others chin rest between his horns, "IM SORRY" he felt  arms wrap around him pulling him closer "iit'th ok KK ii overreacted iim thorry two" he bunch his hands in the back of his matespirt shirt "yeah but it's still my fault" he'd lowered his voice so Sollux could hardly hear him, just as he was about to reply a loud growl cut him off.

The two were on their feet instantly as another one sounded from behind them, they moved so that their backs were pressed together, "SHIT I LEFTED MY SICKLES BACK IN OUR RESPIRTEBLOCK" "Ii left my throwiing thar'th ath well" he then heard the familiar crackle of Sollux's psiionics.

He scanned what he could of the tree line, seeing dark shapes lunging across, noticing a rather thick log near him, quickly he picked it up finding it light enough to swing with easy.

Red eyes stared at him slowly coming towards them "SOLLUX..." "yeah ii know Ii've got one on thiith thiide ath well", he crunched low and got ready to swing as a large clawbeast staked towards him, he hissed at it hearing Sollux's quiet laugher behind him and then the sound of something hitting a tree, he didn't need to look to know what happened.
The claw beast was closer now so he sworn keeping it over arms length away from him.

He finally  managed to hit it catching its the nose but instead of cowering like he thought it would it grab the end pulling him forward making him trip and fall to the ground.

He let out a whine of pain as his head smacked against a rock but he couldn't concentrate on the pain as the beast jump on top of him, he placed the log above his head just as its mouth snapped shut around it, he then started to fight against it pushing it back as it tried to bite and claw him, the log was suddenly yanked out of his hands and thrown to the side.

He raised his arms in a futile attempt to protect himself from the blow to come, closing his eyes as tight as he could, faintly he heard Sollux call out to him fear thick in his voice, the blow however never came as a thump sounded from above him along side a cry of "GET OUT OF HERE! GO! SHOO!" He slowly opened his eyes, but everything was slightly blurry and he quickly closed them once again.

BEE THE LORD OF BEES

Sollux used his psiinoics to hit the claw beast away and against a tree, he briefly look to karkat who was swinging a log at the one on his side, he turned back to his own which was staking back towards him, he hit it again throwing it back further, another one joined it, he hit the two before they were even close to him.

He then heard a thump and a whine from behind him, glancing back he saw karkat on the floor log tossed to the side and the clawbeast about to rip into his matespirt "KARKAT" fear filled his voice, he couldn't move his matespirt was about to be killed and he COULDN'T MOVE, suddenly the clawbeast was kicked off karkat and a loud dooming commanding voice cried "GET OUT OF HERE! GO! SHOO!" he look up slightly as the clawbeast ran away to see an adult troll they wearing a cloak so he couldn't see their face, stood over karkat he shook off what had froze him and ran forward landing on his knees next to karkat noting that he's eyes were closed and that he hardly breathing he quickly pulled him up onto his lap, as the adult troll walked around them beating off the other two clawbeast's with the log karkat had been using.

Sollux pulled karkat closer resting his forehead against the smaller males "kk wake up pleathe II'm thorry Ii moved your thiingth and iim thorry I got mad at you wake up" he felt tears fill his eyes and rides his head against his matespirt "are you hurt young one" he turned to look at the troll and growled and let his psiionics flare, making them raise their hands in surrender "why'd you help uth" he stared them down as they moved their hands to their hood, removing it he stared at them as they smiled, he noted how their horns were a lot like karkat as well as their face and eye shape.

"I wanted to help, is he ok" he looked back at karkat weighing his options "ii ii don't know ii think he'th got a concuththion" the adult moved towards him "my and my friends camp isn't far from here please let me help him" he bared his teeth "tho you can hand uth over to thome empiiriical guard to be culled" the adult look taken back and a bit discussed "no I would never do that to anyone I only wish to help your friend" "matethpirt" he hissed the word out and watched as the trolls face twisted slightly before he smiled lightly at him "then don't you want him to be healthy?".

Sollux weight his options; 1 go with the troll and risk getting them killed or handed off to empirical guards or 2 risk it alone with karkat injured and end up ding cause he could protect them both.

He sighed "fiine we'll go wiith you but the thecond ii feel we are beiing threatened we leave" the older troll nodded smiling at him, "ok deal, by the way what do you call yourselves" he looked down at karkat for a moment then at Sollux "I'm thollux he's karkat" the troll once again nodded "nice to meet you Sollux most call me signless" realisation hit Sollux like a ton of bricks, this troll was the signless karkats ancestor.
