Half naked, Taehyung screamed his lungs out, the metal hooks digging into his flesh. He was chained, hanging in midair with hooks attached to his ribs. The metal chains glowed with heat, burning his skin. His arms were tied up, suspended above his head. Blood and sweat glistened on his torso, flowing down his toned abs. Uselessly kicking his legs around, he cried out in agony, pleading his ordeal to end. He hated the fact that he had to suffer the punishment, although Namjoon was the one who suggested the whole fucking idea in the first place. At least Yoongi was safe. But why didn't he find him? Why didn't Yoongi find him suffering and save him? Where was Yoongi when he needed him?

"This is your punishment, Kim Taehyung, for betraying your King."
The guard replied, turning up the heat. "Suffer."

Suddenly, Taehyung heard doors opening and heavy footsteps, along with a choked gasp, then a thud. The chains holding Taehyung loosen and dropped him on the ground. He saw the guard next to him, bleeding from a deep cut across his throat. Taehyung weakly pulled the dying guard's throat to himself and began to feed on him, regaining his strength.

"Kim Taehyung."

He looked up from his meal, seeing a tall man covered in black robes. Several guards stood around him on alert.

"You have a choice. Either continue this torture as punishment for betraying me, or kill one of your fellow betrayers."

Taehyung choked on the blood, spitting it to the side.

"I can't possibly-"

Guards began to shuffle closer to him, brand new chains in their hands.

"Ok! I'll go with your offer."

"Who will you kill?"

"Both of them."

"I can't believe he actually ditched you," Jungkook hugged Yoongi close, patting his sobbing friend. "Why would Jack do this?"

"I don't know, maybe he ran away with someone else?" Seokjin's random suggestion got a bunch of hisses and shoes thrown at him. "Whoops, sorry."

"It's fine, hyung, it's fine. It's not like I could force him to love me back."

"He does love you, Yoongi," Seokjin assured. "Maybe he had something to do somewhere."

"Or he had to do someone somewhere." Yoongi muttered.

Jungkook glared at Seokjin, stroking Yoongi gently. Seokjin shrugged his shoulder and walked away.

"Hyung, don't think like that. You have us, your friends. We won't leave you."

"I wish that's true."
