Guys, pinapatawag tayo ni Sir Victor, may meeting daw tayo saglit."

"Looks who's here, Lucas pare when did you arrive?" Anton greeted him, his arms wrapped around his lovely wife.

"Just arrived this morning. My secretary informed me about this event. And I want to see you guys. Where is Uel?"

"On the way na siguro silang mag asawa."

"Hi Ellysee?" He greeted his friends lovely wife.

"Hello, Lucas, what's new with you. Wala ka yatang kasamang date?"

"Nah... I've been away for so long, at nag-hiwalay na kami ni Marga bago ako pumuntang America. So I'm very much eligible."

"The papz were missing you pare, noong nawala ka sa limelight, sa akin nila binaling ang attention nila, that I need to double my security just to protect my privacy. So what's new with you Lucas, kumusta ang business venture mo sa America?"

"It's doing great pare. Troy is the one managing it. He brought his family there with my parents."

"Any blond chick you left behind?" Tukso nito.

"You know me, I'm the love them and leave them type." Then he drunk his wine in one swing. Then something caught his eyes. His eyes follows her every movement,  he saw her smiling, he guess she received a complement from one of the guest. She very beautiful, she'll pass as a model or an actress. Hindi bagay dito ang pagiging waitress. He saw how she caught the attention of all the male visitors in the event. And he doesn't like it.  Suddenly he felt, possessive towards her. That very moment he branded her to be mine.

May pang hinayang siyang naramdaman ng mawala na ito sa paningin niya.

"Pare, you listening?"

"What?"

"It looks like you found another girl to play with, Lucas." Francis said, at hindi niya nagustuhan ang sinabi nito. What is this jerk doing here in their table, kanina ay wala it doon.
Tiningnan niya ito ng masama. His not one of his friends, pero kung dumikit ito sa kanila nina Anton at Uel ay kala mo he's one of them, none of his friends likes him. "What are you doing here Francis?"

"I wanted to talked to you and our friends here my new business venture. Baka interested kayong mag invest."

Not in your life boy... Marami silang Hindi magandang naririnig  tungkol dito. Lihim silang nag tinginan nila Anton and Uel. His surprised his already here, he's with his lovely wife Kate. Their wife were closed friends
He saw the pretty girl earlier walks to their table. That caught Francis attention. He don't like the way Francis is looking at her. Then he heard Anton's voice. He seems to know the girl, and he sounds surprised.

"Maureen is that you?" He heard Anton said, nagkatinginan ang mag asawa.

He saw her looked embarrassed and blushed. "Hello, Mr and Mrs Argueles."

"I don't know you have a part time job? Is everything alright?"  Ani Anton dito. He looks concern.
He saw her looked uneasy.

"Sweetheart stop interrogating Maureen here, looked your making her feel uncomfortable. You can talked to her on Monday in your office." Ellysee gently reprimand his husband. And he saw Maureen, give Ellysse a grateful smile.

"Is there anything else I can help you with?" He heard Maureen angelic voice, that matches her angelic face.
Then Francis suddenly touch her hand. He saw her flinched. He cursed Francis in his mind. "Gorgeous, can I have your number?"

"Don't touched me." He heard her say. That's my girl.

"Common honey, don't be hard to get. How about a date after you shift?"
Nakangising sabi nito. Kanina pa niya pinipigilan ang sariling suntukin ang mukha nito. The bastard can't keep his hands to himself.

Nabigla silang lahat ng buhusan ni Maureen ng alak ang ulo ni Francis,sa pagkabigla nito. "I said stop touching me your perverted maniac."

What she did made a scene at nabaling ang attention ng mga bisita sa table nila, when Maureen realized what she did. Mabilis itong tumakbo palayo, he saw her crying.

"Damn that bitch..." Francis said furiously dahil sa pagkapahiya.

He's about to follow her when he said.
"Try to follow her and you dead, Francis." He warned  him in a deadly tone.

"Whoa, so your interested with her too, you know I can share her with you." Nakangising sabi nito.

"If you know what's best for you, shut your f*cking mouth." He warned him dangerously.

"Enough!"Anton said. "Leave my hotel now Francis, our I'll call the security to throw you outside " Anton said furiously. "The one that you harassing awhile ago is my employee you good for nothing bastard."

"I'm sorry, can we forget what happened earlier. I can't help myself, she's pretty and I like her." He tried to explain.

"You should at least respect her you bastard." Uel said furiously.

Wala nagawa si Francis ng sunduin ito ng dalawang security. Serves you right moron.

"Sweetheart, I better check if Maureen is okay." Ellysse said to his husband.

"Thank you sweetheart."

"I'm coming too." Kate said.

"Is Maureen working with you?" He asked Anton, nang sila na pang tatlo nina Uel ang naiwan sa table.

"Yes, she's my executive secretary. She's very good and efficient sa trabaho niya. I was surprised when I saw her here working as a waitress and wearing that kind of dress?  It's so unlike her."

"Why?" He asked, she's getting more interesting.

"She usually wear old fashion clothes, picture  her like Wonder woman in undercover, she usually wear conservative dress. That's what she looks like everyday in the office. He always wear his outdated eyes glass and she's  always wearing stockings and never in the three years that she works for me that I saw her  wear his hair in ponytail  or let them down. It is always in a perfect bun. When i have never meet my wife yet, I asked her countless of time  for a date but she turns me down. She's so reserved and very mysterious, but my wife like her and she's one of her friend.

Ellysee is always  bugging me for quite sometime because she wanted Maureen to be a model for her brand. Despite what she's wearing my wife saw potential in her. She has a nice body and her cheekbone is perfect. As you see, all this time she's hiding her real beauty. But she feisty, right. Looked what she'd done to Francis."

Anton looked at me seriously, I knew that's a warning." That's why Lucas don't mess with her, she's not like those girls that you usually had. She deserve someone who won't hurt her, can respect and protect her. Deep inside I know Maureen is vulnerable."

"I know what you mean. And I won't hurt her. The moment I saw her kanina I already branded her mine." He looked Anton straight in the eye.

He heard Uel chuckled and said. "Well someone here is in love."

"I don't know if it's love, pare, but I'm attracted to her and  I even surprise myself, that I want to strangle Francis neck awhile ago, I never felt so possessive of someone before. This feeling is all new to me."

"Well good luck pare, you'll need more it. She not easy to break. If you know what I mean."

"But you know me, I don't give up that easily. I want her and she'll be mine." He said with full conviction.

"Don't play with her feeling Lucas, if your not that serious with her, spare her. She deserve someone better."

"And that someone is me. Your not the only one who can change, I maybe a player before but  I can change for her." Sincerity burns in his eyes and his friends surely saw that.
