Chpt.1 ~A Day With Maria

Chapter one ~

'Today was monday which meant I had to work after after my first two online classes.

Im working to be nurse and most of my classes are online all except one which I only have to attend once a week on thursdays. Right now im just student nurse on last year of my classes.

Working as a part time waiter at Emilio's. I didn't always enjoy serving rude people who treat me like im unexsistent to​ their world that we all live in.
Some people didn't look up when they order and wave their hands telling me when to leave as if im not still writing their order but I suck it up until I find another job. I work with a smile because that's the way i was raised.

I was currently doing my daily routine and getting ready for work. I drove my used car to work and parked in staff parking. Entering through the back i saw the owner talking to a man i saw last night pointing at me . The firstppppp thought I had was what did I do wrong....

Flashback

"Good Evening sir ill be you waiter Maria may i start you with a drink today?", i asked with a smile

" yes id like your finest red wine and for you to floss the food from your teeth", he said with smirk i nodded in frustration how rude.

I went to back to check and there was nothing there he was messing with me! I quickly got his bottle of wine and a glass and walked to table placing the bottle down i poured his wine into the glass

"Ah look who's back in a hurry don't i feel special but don't be all over me your not first woman trying to get in my pants and i don't waste money on whores", he said still with an obnoxious smirk plastered on his face . that was last straw

"Sir im obviously not the waiter for you . my smile bothers you so much you lie i have food in my teeth.you think im a whore because im doing my job when i really cant stand you since you sat down.I take pride in everything I do and when i do my job i do it to best of my abilities. And to be completely honest with you Im a virgin for your information and haven't done anything with a man so therefore calling me a whore who has intentions of chasing you is incorrect to fullest extinct. Also from the way you talk to me your obviously not a man but that's just my opinion now I will get you another server so that both our nights are not ruined completely I hope you enjoy you meal and your night.",as he stood their leaving him on shock I left and asked claire my friend and coworker to take over table 19 for me.

Flashback over

" Maria come here please", my boss called me breaking me from my thoughts i had mo regrets from what i saud but i did need this job.

"Maria my friend here tells me you gave his some words last night is this true?", he asked eyebrow raised arms crossed.

"Y-yes sir but i-", i was cut off

"Save it im sure he deserved them but i have to let you go sadly", i cut him off

" wait sir i need this job im putting myself through college and he was rude last night sir please you dont-"

"MARIA, i know but you wouldn't let me finish he wants to hire you and the pay is way more than i can offer you which i think you need", he sayed

I was shocked he wants to hire me but as what and how much money???

"Go on please", i said dazed

" Well mr.zachary willing to pay off your entire schooling and give you 5000 a week to clean cook and watch his adopted son. Now i know from your conversation last night you wanna say no but i cant have you turn this down you know i have connections and can tell people not to hire you and i am letting you go from this job but in a month if he still a pain you may come back to your job here and he will still pay a semester and give you your checks for month completion. Its good deal maria i hope you accept it.", he said smiling it was a good deal but me putting up with him please. But i think i could make it for a month.....

"Maria you can think it over for 24 hours until then im have to ask you to leave", my boss ended with that patted my back and left looking over to a still smirking Zachary i mental rolled my eyes. Howcould i turn down this deal

" here's my card when you decide ms.maria", zachary said and turned on his heal disappearing from my sight.

I sighed to myself walking to my car i got one big choice to make but sadly knew my choice had already been made. I might as well go home and do some class work with my extra time now and just call him later... What am i getting myself into
