"Girlfriend" he takes a step back when she answered my question.
"James" I hiss.
"Uh" that's all he can say!
"What's going on" Emily asks.
"I'll tell you what's going on, this Kate over is apparently James' girlfriend"
"Oh uh if you and him have something then I'm sorry it's just I moved but we were still dating" Kate says.
"No, no that something died" I say and stomp off. I feel like walking.

Emily's Pov

I jump into my car and drive after riley.

James' Pov

I sit on the ground with I sigh.
"I'm sorry if I just ruined something"
"I just got riley back and now she hates me again"
"I'm sorry" she sits beside me.
"It's ok but now I'm free I just got to move on riley isn't mine anymore"
"Hey wanna get some ice cream"
"Yeah" and we get up and we headed for some ice cream.

When we walked in we see riley and Emily paying. Riley's face goes pale and runs out brushing her shoulder against mine. Emily rushed after her.

Emily's Pov

I rush after riley and sit down beside her to see that she's crying. I start to rub her back.
"I can't believe him" she cries softly.
"Shhh I know he shouldn't of came with her you just have to move on"
She just cries harder.

James Pov

I walk out to see riley crying. I feel bad maybe going her with Kate was a bad idea. Yes bad idea.
"Riley"
She whips around. Her face is red and tears are coming down her face. She gives a even more hurt look when I realize that I'm holding Kate's hand. She gets up and runs. Kate let's go of my hand.
"I'm sorry that probably made it worse."
"Yeah and me and riley have a duet practice today"
"Well I gotta go" she says then walks away. Now I'm alone. Truly alone.
