After Ed and Deets rescued Torch, they returned to their group, and takes the small elderly man back to Bedlam.
"My plan is ruined for the first time, those two couriers had escaped the building." said Bedlam. "What are we gonna do?" said Dr. Crouch. "Let them go, but we will never give up our evil plan." said Bedlam.
Bedlam turned around and reveals himself to be the most powerful villain in Progress City. "It is, I... Dr. Bedlam, the most powerful man in this futuristic city. I'm known for building my robots and DNA Clones." said Bedlam.
"Yes, you are Dr. Bedlam." Said Dr. Crouch. "My plan is to destroy Progress City, because people hated me and I left my former business partner. They will all learn their mistakes." said Bedlam.
