He sat on the office bathroom floor alone with the door locked. He didn't know if it was rather he had forgotten to take his medication or if it just wasn't working at this time. Rather him letting it happened or not, he let it just happen. Luckily no one had noticed his absence from his desk.
His heart was pounding out of his chest, while his hands and legs were trembling. Seeing him at first you wouldn't even consider the fact that he might have an anxiety disorder. The only thing that might give it away is the fact that he's a student, and he was introverted. No one had ever thought of him might having anything wrong other than people who had seen him have one of his attacks.
He had forgotten to fill his prescription at the drug store, he had forgotten how he could of even forgotten. None the less he had forgotten to and now was curled up on the counter of the mens room with the door locked. *knock* knock* knock* He could hear a woman's voice outside the door, the spunky intern had come the check on him. She had seen him run into the bathroom without coming out. "CYRUS OPEN UP!" She shouted when he didn't open the door.
She had gotten the custodian incase he wouldn't budge. She was worried about him, knowing what it was like to have anxiety. She had had Panic attacks since she was but a girl which was a long time ago. She had the custodian open the doors with he's key, even though she knew how to pick a lock.
"G-G-GO AWAY A-ALICE!!!" Cyrus yelled at the top of his lungs as the door he had been leaning on sung open and he fell backwards. She sighed at his stupidity "Come on let's get you to your apartment Cy." She said picking him up as if he were knocked out cold and carrying him to his apartment that just down the street away. She had done this almost every time this happened as it did almost every time his meds ran out and he forgot to fill them as always. They had a very similar schedule and worked at the same place so they naturally became very close.
When the got to his apartment there was a man in his underwear passed out on his balcony, it seemed as if he had crashed onto it. The man seemed completely normal if it wasn't for his the broken birdlike wings growing out his back. His chest was wounded and seemed oddly familiar to Alice, but she couldn't quite put her finger on where she had seem him before. She put Cyrus on the couch moments before he passed out and drug the other man inside. She tended to his wounds while waiting for either one of the boys to wake up.
She dug the book out from her bag and began to read, after what seemed like no time at all the winged man awoke in a panic. "W-WHERE AM I?!" he looked around "YOU! mortal, What is this place?!" He shouted "Will you pleeease stop shouting? It is quite annoying." He seemed to be reaching for a blade the was once at his side but no longer was."Not till you tell me where I am!!" He shouting louder then before noticing that he wouldn't be able to attack her and yelling is the only method of defense he could take. "God, Fine, Ugh Your in his apartment..." she pointing to Cyrus and the winged man nodded in acknowledgement. "May I ask of your name?" He questioned "Alice, Alice Coleen Erwin, Yours?" She asked in reply.
