The Wedding

Walking from one end of the room to the other you only felt nausea grow whether it was from the baby moving around in your stomach or the fact that you were getting married, as a pale yellow stallion with a blue and pink main turned to you with a concerned face. “(Y/N) you have to calm down, you're wrinkling your dress!” Thomas said holding you by the shoulders to make you stop. Looking at his face to see a small reassuring smile “It's going to be alright. Your only seven and a half months along and you're getting married today to his father and because of your excelled studies you got to graduate sooner in your class.” Thomas said trying to calm your nerves, taking a deep breath in and letting it out slowly you looked out of your bedroom window to see the whole wedding set up you looked through the mass of ponies getting ready you spotted a dark stallion with a curved horn dressed in the finest tux you could imagine was talking with Blueblood, who had made the trip from Canterlot with both Thomas and Viki be his side. Feeling your eyes water you let a smile grow as you turned to Thomas “Hey, Thomas thank you for everything. You're the best friend I could have.” You said turning to him. Eyes widening “DON'T YOU DARE START TO CRY AGAIN! I JUST FIXED IT!” Thomas screamed fanning your face to save his master piece. “Hehe, sorry I can't get a hold of my emotions.” You said as your bedroom door was opened by a purple pegasi with a messy plum colored main. “Really now (Y/N)? You're supposed to wait for the water works till the I do’s.” Viki said leaning on the door frame. Turning to her “Oh great Celestia, it's about to start isn't it, Viki?” Thomas asked looking at her, feeling your body freeze (oh this is happening isn't it? Oh Celestia what if I trip over my own two hooves and ruin everything?) You thought slowly hugging Thomas's neck till he made a choking noise and was tapping on you “(Y-Y/N)..cant breathe. Let...go..please” He said reaching out until you finally snapped out of your thought and released him from your hold. Watching him drop to the floor gasping for air “I'm so sorry Thomas I didn't mean to!” You said as Viki ushered you out of the door. Walking down the stairs you stopped short of the back door playing through every possible thing that could ruin this. Sighing at you “Stop worrying, everypony is waiting, everything will be okay. Nothing can go wrong so relax and step out the door.” Viki said extending her wing above you, nodding at her with a smile you moved forward when the door opened and the music started. Down the aisle Sombra stood by the preacher and Blueblood as his best colt. Watching the door closely before looking around quickly to make sure everything was in its place, Sombra jumped a little at hearing the music start. Turning to the door he felt his heart skip a beat and mind stop all processing except for memorising you. Forgetting what was happening Sombra left his spot to meet you halfway. Stopping in surprise you blinked a few times when your fiance met you halfway and nuzzled you. Giggling quietly “You were supposed to stay put, love. I was going to meat you at the altar.” You whispered loving his embrace and affection. “Yes, but a bride should be escorted down. And you looked to beautiful to be left alone, my bride.” Sombra whisper in your ear before extending his arm for you to take. Smiling more you too how offer and proceeded until you meet the preacher. “I see there is much love between the two of you may your days be blessed.” The preacher whispered before starting his big wedding speech “We are gathered here today, on this happy and joyous occasion, to join this colt and this mare in holy matrimony.
Marriage is a solemn institution to be held in honor by all, it is the cornerstone of the family and of the community. It requires of those who undertake it a complete and unreserved giving of one's self. It is not to be entered into lightly, as marriage is a sincere and mutual commitment to love one another. This commitment symbolizes the intimate sharing of two lives and still enhances the individuality of each of you. Sombra, do you take this mare to be your wedded wife? Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her in sickness and in health, remaining faithful to her as long as you both shall live?” He asked looking at your lover. Seeing him nod “I shall give my life to her for as long as my mortal life will allow.” Sombra said not taking his eyes off of you as he placed his wedding band on your horn. “(Y/N), do you take this stallion to be your wedded husband? Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him in sickness and in health, remaining faithful to him as long as you both shall live?” The preacher then asked you. Nodding vigorously as your eyes now burned with tears “I do with all my heart, and deeper.” You said putting your wedding band on his horn “Then by the power invested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride.” He said backing away as Sombra brought you in for a long awaiting and passionate kiss. Melting into it as the crowd cheered you smiled when the both of you broke for air and nuzzled each other. Until Thomas came running up and jumped the two of you to the ground with a bear hug and his face a mess with snot and tears “I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU BOTH! YOU TWO ARE GOING TO LIVE A HAPPILY EVER AFTER!” He screamed just before Blueblood groaned and rolled his eyes using his magic to rip him off the both of you. “Really now Thomas control yourself! Leave the newlyweds alone! Congrats to the both of you. May you and your child live happily and prosperous.” Blueblood said nodding to the two of you. Humming as he stood “I've grown use to his rambunctiousness and will surely miss it.” Sombra said helping you up. “We’ll visit Canterlot don't worry. The princesses hired me to be a historian and to restore old books just like my parents.” You said looking at your new husband. “Hey, com’on the celebration is starting without you! Hurry up guys!” Viki yelled walking to where the parties was set up. You looked to both Blueblood and Thomas before running to follow your friend as the two colts soon was running to catch up leaving Sombra somewhat confused before he followed using his shadow magic to pass user all. Running to the door a bit out breath you leaned onto him “I'm in second place because I'm pregnant. If I wasn't I would have so beaten you.” You panted as Sombra rolled his eyes before picking you up with his magic and putting you on his back “If you weren't pregnant I would make sure to leave you a red panting mess in our bed several times.” He said looking over his shoulder to smirk at you. Feeling your face heat up extremely you smacked the back of his head before covering your face “Why would you say that out loud!? Oh Luna you're the worst sometimes!” You said getting off his back and hearing him laugh “Ah but you didn't deny it. So tell me how soon do you want another child my love? I'll make sure to help quicken that desire when we are alone.” He said seductively in your ear as he moved the current shielding the party inside the tent. Blushing horribly you hid your face in his main when everyone came to congratulate you and Sombra. As the celebration went on you enjoyed everything from the cutting off the cake and shoving it in each other's faces to the show face the two of you shared near the end. Just before the party ended you stood on the small stage and turned your back to the crowd to throw your bouquet with Sombra throwing your garter. Glancing at each other and smiling the both of you threw your items at the same time and hearing both laughter and cheering you turned around to see who caught the items. Covering your mouth to stifle your laugh as Sombra hugged you to hide in your main with a small snicker as you looked at both the horrified and excited faces of Thomas with your bouquet in his mouth and Blueblood with the garter hanging from his horn. “Throw the bouquet again! Throw the bouquet again!” Blueblood yelled as his face grew red as Thomas wrapped his arm around his neck holding the bouquet in the other “There's no throwing the bouquet again~ Once throw it's destiny~ “ Thomas said in a singsong voice kissing him on the cheek. As everypony was leaving after the wedding presents were opened, Sombra started to loose his patients with how slow they were to say their goodbyes. “I'm so happy for you (Y/N)! I hope you'll still have time to visit the library, I'll miss you too much if you don't.” Daisy said give you a hug before your husband cleared his throat “Sorry to be rude everypony, but LEAVE.” He said using his magic to teleport everyone out and away from your home. “SOMBRA! I can't believe you just did that! That was so ru-” you tried to yell but was interrupted by him smashing his mouth onto yours in a heated kiss. Feeling him back you up to a wall til you both were standing on your hind legs. Sombra moved to the corner of your mouth to your neck to your collarbone. Gasping you teleported both of you to your shared bedroom. Letting you fall to your back on the bed Sombra was quick to remove your dress gently and stare at you lovingly before resting his hoof on your swollen stomach and slowly rub it. Watching him with a smile as he leaned down to kiss and whisper to your unborn child you brought up your hoof to run it through his main. “You just can't wait can you? We only have to wait three and a half more months love. Then you can coddle then all you want.” You said as Sombra looked up to you before moving to kiss you. “Yes, but you and this child are now my pride and joy and I want to show you both my love.” He said kissing you again while running his hoof over your stomach again. Retreating from the kiss Sombra took his tux off and climbed into bed with you covering both your buddies with the blanket. Turning on your side as he spooned you Sombra again began to lightly run his hoof over your unborn child and whisper sweet and loving nothing's into your ear as you felt yourself fall asleep after you flicked the lights off.
