His hands traced my sides, our hips swaying to the generic beat. Sober Maya would be shaking her head in disapproval, but sober Maya left 4 mojitos ago.

A smirk formed on his pink lips as he ran the knuckle of his index finger up and down my nape, "I can't get enough of you. You really are something special" he said with such an arrogance that would have made sober Maya cringe in second-hand embarrassment.

I tilted my head back slightly releasing a giggle "you don't even know me though" I said in an attempted somewhat teasing, sexy tone. "Oh sweetheart, I might not know your name but I'm sure that you know me" he replied raising his left eyebrow. "Yeah?" I question playfully, "All I know is that you're the cute American who hasn't left me alone all night... not that I'm complaining" placing my two hands on his upper chest.

"Canadian actually," dreamy eyes said, running the back of his hand down my forearm. "Well, I couldn't just admire someone as beautiful as you from afar and not get my share of you", he continued. "I'm not a piece of meat ... wait what's your name?" I said realising that we'd been too caught up dancing with one another I hadn't gotten his name. "Justin and I already know your name is Maya," he said playing with the necklace around my neck that spelled out my name. I looked up at his much taller frame, the lights were casting a shadow over his face giving him an almost 'unknown' aura
. His eyes were of a light hazel hue, his hair a dirty blonde. Why were all the foreign boys so damn attractive? Why couldn't Sydney boys look this good?

"So, beautiful" he whispered, his thumb tracing my bottom lip as his eyes flickered back and forth from my eyes to lips, "If you weren't so drunk Maya, I wouldn't hesitate to take you back to my hotel and do unspeakable things to you". My breath hitched in my throat, "I'm sober enough to know that I want that as well" as soon as those words left my mouth, my body jolted backwards.

"Maya, we need to leave now" my friend Rani said, "Sammy is vomiting and is in hysterics again about Joshua. The security guards are about to kick her out so let's go" she said grabbing my arm with authority, guiding me quickly away from the man who easily could pass as a model. She dragged me through the unusually packed club to the pavement out the front where Sammy was crouched over with Ashley rubbing her back to sooth her sobs.

"What were you even doing with Justin Bieber anyway? When did he get here and since when did you become all buddy buddy with him" Rani asked, her eyebrows knotted together in confusion. "Huh? Justin Bieber? Doesn't he live in the UK or America? I'm confused Rani" I said, my excessive cocktail drinking was catching up with me. Thoughts seemed to go in and out, I was finding it impossible to keep my train of thought and quickly Justin was becoming a distant memory as Rani helped us all into the taxi. The backseat of a taxi had never been more comfortable.
