I woke up in a room with 4 sets of bunk beds with stairs and it was pretty but I didn't understand why I'm here. Then a lady came in with a clipboard she was short and pale with goldish brown hair that went to her shoulders.

Lady: Hi my name is April and I'm gonna be your foster guardian until someone adopts you u will stay here with three other girls and you will start school starting tomorrow if you need me I will be in the front.
Then she walked out just like that then I felt tears come to my eyes but a girl walked in so hurried and wiped them away.She looked my age and she was short and light skin with pretty hair.
Girl: Hey my name is Diamond
Me: My name is Summer and nice to meet you
Then she went to the side of the bunks which was on the left side of mines I curled up in a ball on my bed putting my head in the pillow just thinking why am I alive why couldn't I die with my mother why do I go through these things why god why me. Then I turned over and stared at the ceiling thinking about my mom pictures and things we did pop into my head making my tears come down my face." I miss you mom hope ill see you soon" I said closing my eyes falling asleep.
I woke up at 1:30 in the morning to go to the bathroom I saw Diamond and three other girls sleeping.I walked to the bathroom it was lited with bright light bulbs and the walls were painted pink and white. I looked in the mirror seeing some of the bruises that were on my face from before. It was a clock in the bathroom shape as a kitty it was cute it read 2:00 I got 4 more hours till I have to get up for school so I went back to my room and starred at the wall until the sun started to rise.
