When Conrad Turner was freed from the Mysterons influence, he immediately went into psychiatric care for a year. He returned to Spectrum after and was given command of his own division: The Spectres.
The members included, Holt, Fraser, Helga and Machin. Black and Helga married several years later and had a daughter named Christine Gabrielle Turner.
Turner was fond of his team members, and regularly received letters from Carrie, one of which contained a photo of her and her son. This became one of the few photographs which stood on Turner's desk. In 2078, Turner was assassinated by a disgruntled member of the public who felt that he needed to pay for his crimes while serving the Mysterons.
His daughter grew up to become Lieutenant Ebony, field partner to Captain Scarlet's daughter, Rose.
