Nora's P.O.V.
I slowly get out of bed and walk to my closet to get out an outfit for today. I take out black leather pants, a nude with black lace top, and nude color heels. After grabbing my things I head on to the bathroom.
After I get changed I walk out of the bathroom back to my room. I put on the ring my father had made me almost a thousand years ago. I grab my backpack and walk downstairs.
"Mom I'm ready to go to school!" I yell from downstairs.
"Are you sure you're up for it? If you need to you can stay at home for today." Mom suggested leaning her hands onto the banister.
"I know but I want to go plus it would be weird not to considering I just started yesterday." I point out tilting my head up to look at her.
"Very well come on." Mom beckons me. I follow after her to the car and get into the passenger seat. "Are you alright?" Mom asked turning to look at me.
"I'm fine now." I assure her meeting her eyes. "Today is a new day." I add a smile breaking onto my face.
"You will let me know if you aren't feeling like yourself?" She asked starting up the car then putting her seat belt on.
"I will mom you mustn't worry." I telll her putting my hand on her shoulder.
"I always worry about you you are my little girl." She reminds me. We pull up in front on my school a few minutes later.
"I know and I love you mom." I said hugging her.
"I love you too I will see you at home." She waved as she drives off. I walk into school. As I walk down the hall I notice Adrian off to the side looking troubled.
"Adrian what's wrong?" I ask going over to him.
"Nothing everything is fine." To anyone they would think he is but I'm not just anyone.
"I know you're lying so tell me what's bothering you." I said hands on his chest. "You can tell me." I assure him staring into his eyes.
"Okay but not here." He told me. He takes me by the hand and leads me out a door that leads to a secluded grassy area.
"Now will you tell me what's wrong?" I ask standing infront of him. I notice tears in his eyes so I wrap my arms around him.
