Customer Service Sucks Ass

So I have two jobs because I'm broke and both are in food service. One place is definitely worse than the other place. 

But anyway getting to the story 

So It was busy as fuck and the line was almost out the door. I was working the front line and dinner at the time because I was a breaker. And just my favorite thing that frequently happens happened. We ran out of an item. People are always okay with that and totally understand that it's out of my control when that happens. The item was the powder to make malts. So we asked if milkshakes were fine. On the most part, people were reasonable. But this one lady and her like 15-year-old boy came up. They ordered a malt. So, of course, I was all like "Sorry for the inconvenience but we are out of malts. Would a milkshake be okay or would you prefer another option?" The look this bitch gave me was just great. But didn't last long because she looked at her son who mumbled milkshakes are fine. So I gave them there order watched them sit and continued doing my job. Eventually, the line got shorter and my coworker came back to work the front. So I was back on dining which is basically washing tables and sweeping. But when I reached the table that the lady and her son sat I noticed they didn't even touch the shakes. Like the straws were still on the table unopened. Then I also noticed that the salt and pepper shakers were gone. It wasn't that weird I may have just missed the table when I was setting them. So I picked up that shake and noticed something brown hidden in the whipped cream. These people shoved the whole salt and pepper shaker in their two different shakes. So I had to dig them out and then wipe them off. It wasn't that bad but like why. Why would you do that? How low do you have to be? Those shakes cost $6. You spent $12 on shakes just to be petty. Who are you? Who do you think you are? All because we ran out of malts. I just don't get people.
