Alex went through the halls of the children's ward skipping and spinning around. She pranced towards her mother's room for astounding news. When she arrived, she saw Mary packing bags and wearing normal clothes other than her gown.
Alex: What's going on Mommy?
Mary: We're leaving Alex. I'm finally getting out of here.
Alex: Yay!
Mary grabbed her bags and one she packed for Alex, then took her daughter's hand as they walked out of Radley Sanitarium.
Alex: Where are we going first Mommy?
Mary: I have to go to a friend's house. We'll only be a minute.
Alex: Okay Mommy.
Mary knew this friend was not a friend. She needed to kill the Hastings and take her daughter back. She will have Spencer.
