Chapter 16: holiday shopping

*beep*beep* I had woken up to my alarm,it was 7 o'clock I had to get up early as me and alannah had a long day of shopping today.

I did the usual shower,makeup,etc.

I put on a vintage pink dress on as it was a very hot day today even though it was only 7am the sun was shining high in the sky.

I went downstairs to get some breakfast.

"Hi honey,here's some money for today"my mum said giving it to me.

"200 pounds,mum that's far to much I can't take that!"I said handing her it back.

"Sweetie don't be stupid me and your dad want you to have it,but spend it wisely"she forced the money back into my hand.

I got up and squeezed my mum and dad to death.

I couldn't ask for a better mum or dad.

It was now 8am and I texted alannah to tell her I'd meet her at the bus stop.

BUS STOP

I was stood at the bus stop,an 5 minutes later alannah arrived.

"About time"

"Sorry I had forgotten to get my money so I had to run back and get it"

"Oh we'll ill suppose ill let you of"Isaid trying to be serious.

We had waited for the bus to come and eventually it had arrived after 10 minutes.

We had gotten of the bus and we decided to go to new look first because there did lovely bikinis there.

We had chosen loads of bikinis,we went Into the changing rooms to try them all on.

"How many have you got?"the women asked.

"I've got 8 and she has 6"I replied

"I'll go in this one and you go in there"I said to alannah pointing to the changers.

I tried them all on there looked lovely but I felt abit self conscious because I wasn't the skinniest and what If brad didn't like my figure.

We both came out the changing rooms and went to the till to buy the bikinis we had tried on.

"Where do you want To go now?"I asked as we were walking out of new look.

"Hollister!"alannah insisted.

We headed to hollister,and I picked out some lovely pair of shorts,white and blue floral ones,red,pink and loads more.

Alannah was picking out some dresses then we bought them and decided to go to fenwicks to buy some cute suitcases.

We had everything we needed and we decided to go home and start packing as we were leaving for La tomorrow!!

"I'll see you tomorrow when we got to La!"

"Eek I know,I'll text you later once I've sorted my suitcase out"alannah said giving me a hug.

AT HOME

I had got home and my mum and dad were at work till 7:30 so I thought I'd do my suitcase now so I could spend some time with them later on before I went of to La.

I had folded everything and put them neatly in my catch kidston suitcase,I had finished of putting my shoes in there.

I took of my makeup and got into my Cookie Monster pj's and then I heard my mum shouting from downstairs.

"Sweetie I'm home"

I ran down the stairs giving my mum a hug.

"What's that for?"

"I'm just going to miss you and dad"

"Your only away for 2 weeks,anyways lets get a Chinese tonight"

"Ooh yay!"

My dad had came in shortly after,we all sat down with our Chinese and we watched Harry potter as I loved it!

After tea I had helped dad with the dishes and he went through rules with me,oh god here we go.

"Stephanie I know your not stupid but I just don't want any funny business going on with you and that brad while your away"

I started to turn red I felt so embarrassed that my dad was having this conversation with me.

"I know dad I won't"

I walked back in to the living room and kissed my mum and dad goodnight because I had to get up at 5am to go to the airport as we were flying at 8am.

"Goodnight mum,goodnight dad love you"

"You to sweetie there both said in unison.

I headed upstairs and got into bed and texted alannah.

To alannah:

I'm of to bed now,can't wait for tommorow!!,me and my dad will pick you up for 5:30 be ready xx

To Stephanie:

Me to!!,and goodnight xx

I was so excited to see brad, I hope we can makeup and forget about it,I can't wait to see his beautiful brown curls,and hazel brown eyes again...
