The Day After

Chapter 3

It was 11am and my head was throbbing in pain! I got up out of bed and went downstair, I looked in the cupboard for some painkillers, I took two and poured myself a cup of water, I swallowed the tablets and headed straight for my bed. I was in my room and went back to sleep. 

I woke up again to someone banging on the front door, I flopped over and looked at the alarm clock, to my surprise it was 2pm! I got up and put on some shorts and a tank, I brushed through my hair as quickly as possible before rushing downstairs to open the door. It was the boys, I told them to come in and they started picking up cans and plastic cups. I ran back upstairs, if I run up these stairs any more I'll be ready for the summer, I brushed my teeth and washed my face. I went into Lara's room but she wasn't there. I don't know where she is?

We put on some music and started cleaning up, Skip cleaned the plant pot he had threw up in and the other boys were throwing plastic cups at each other! After the boys had helped me clean up, Lara walked in the door, "Where the fuck have you been! I was so worried! Trust you to go out and leave us to clean the house!" I shouted at her until I realized everyone was staring at me. I stormed out of the house 1) because I was embarrassed and 2) because I was so angry and upset with Lara!

I walked down the road until I came across a burger place, I sat down opposite a girl, "Can I sit here?" I asked, but I don't know why because I was going to sit there anyway. She nodded, she was eating a cheese burger and a portion of fries. I put my bag on the table and got out my purse, I left my bag on the table and went to order some food. I came back with a large portion of fries and 6 chicken nuggets, they are my comfort food when I get upset or angry. I sat back down at the table and started chatting to the girl, her name is Liah and she is actually from Germany but she is also American! She has been living here for 2 years. We sat in the burger joint for a couple of hours until Liah got a call from someone and had to go back home, before she left I got her number and told her that we should catch up soon.

A/N: This chapter was kinda crappy because I don't really have any ideas on what to write but anyways tell me what you thought in the comments and don't forget to vote :)
