I'm not exactly sure, but to be safe, a trigger warning.
This story is based on a certain type of attack that I've experienced, I don't know if it could be called a full-blown panic attack, but it was something, so if you're easily triggered then you're swimming in dangerous waters.
Also, aside from that, most of the grammatical errors are on purpose. (For example, near the end it looks like I'm missing a quotation, but I missed it purposely because in the next paragraph it's the same person talking. It's actually proper but here it's not obvious.)
