It was a Saturday, and it was early. I mean not too early but too early to be dealing with the first years antics. Of course Kageyama loved Hinata's bounciness...just not in early morning practices.

Kageyama is not a morning person. When he gets up he has to have a bowl of cereal, and a warm cup of honey milk. (I love honey milk in the mornings :3)

Hinata on the other hand was a huge morning person. He could be woken up by someone beating him with a sack of hammers and he would still be in a good mood afterwards.

But that's why the two get along so well. Hinata breaks Kageyama out of his shell, and Kageyama helps prevent Hinata from doing anything stupid...like run around screaming he loves Kageyama.

That embarrassed Kageyama on the outside but he was flustered on the inside. Funny thing is, that is seriously how Hinata confessed.

Flashback

"Hinata truth or dare."

It was after practice, everyone was in clean clothes, the gym was cleaned and everyone just wanted to hang out.

A game of truth or dare began innocently enough, until it was Oikiwa's turn.
He had been dared by Hinata to kiss Iwaizumi. Of course he had gotten together with the black haired teen, but he still wanted revenge.

"Um...dare."

With an evil grin the brunette pointed at Hinata.

"I dare you to run around the room screaming you love...and the name of your crush even if they are in this room."

Hinata paled. Kageyama was sure to kill him for this.

The orange haired teen stood up on wobbling legs.

Sucking in a breath of air he took off running around the gym, once the words I Love came out of his lips everyone listened closely to who he said he loved.

"I lOVE KAGEYAMA!! I LOVE KAGEYAMA!!!"

Of course Kageyama began to blush as red as a cherry.

Once Hinata came to a stop, he sat down far away from Kageyama. The angry look on the red face of Kageyama was scary, and made Hinata think that he was disgusted.

No, Kageyama knew it wasn't Hinata's fault that he had to scream it out, but he was still embarrassed and another feeling fluttered in the pit of his stomach. No it wasn't the feeling he got after eating spicy rice, and sesame chicken. No it was the feeling he only got around this ball of sunshine only, it's stronger this time.

'What is this?' The ravenette thought to himself.

Time skip because this bus ride sucks.

Hinata and Kageyama walked home together as usual only difference, Hinata was silent, if it wasn't for the light up and down movements of his shoulders you'd almost think he wasn't breathing.

Kageyama kept glancing over at the orange haired teen, he looked bout ready to cry. Kageyama wished he could do something, say something at least.

'What do I do!?'

They reached Hinata's house and stopped at the small fence.
When that happened, time seemed to stop, Hinata's heart sped up, and Kageyama's brain zipped through all the words in the dictionary without being able to form an actual sentence.

Everything was still and in that moment Hinata's tears streamed freely down his cheeks.
It wasn't until a choked sob escaped his lips that Kageyama noticed.

"H...Hinata? Hey what's wrong?"

Kageyama stepped in front of the shorter teen.
When he bent down in front of Hinata he froze. The look of terror on Hinata's face made his stomach churn. He felt bad.

He pulled the crying teen into his arms.

"Tell me what's wrong." Kageyama said in a calm voice. It was soothing to Hinata.

"Y....it's not that big a deal."

"Hinata something's wrong. Does it have to do with your feelings?"

"S...so what I love you?"

"If it's not that big a deal then you wouldn't mind if I did this."

The taller teen pulled back enough to lean down.

"W...what do you me...."

He couldn't finish his question, he was just to surprised, to surprised to even do anything about it. Kageyama Tobio was kissing him. A small baby crow who doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground, the one who falls into the net, the one that doesn't pay attention...the one who loves Kageyama... But that must mean....Kageyama loves him too right?

He felt Kags pull back from the small embrace and blush on his cheeks.

"I...I love you too...dumbass."

Hinata blushed his face felt so hot, his head felt so light, his heart felt so heavy and his tummy felt fluttery like butterfly's.

He leaned up wrapping his arms around the taller boy.

"I love you so much Bakayama."

With one more kiss Hinata walked in his house waving bye to his new boyfriend.
When he got in he was met with a grinning mother and a little sister who was trying to mimic her look.

'Oh no did they see that?'

"So Hina? Who was that?"

"Uh...um k...Kageyama."

"Bubby that was so cute!!"

Hinata blushed at his sister. She was so little but so smart she loved romance and didn't judge people based on what other people say or their preferences.

Hinata's mother smiled at him and gave him a kiss on the forehead.

"I'm glad my baby's growing up, just promise you'll take it slow."

"I promise!"

"Now come in I'm starving Shouyo!!"

End flashback

Kageyama snapped out of his memory as the others finished cleaning the gym, Hinata grabbed his hand and pulled him along.

"Come on Bakayama! The store is gonna be closed if we don't get a move on!"

"Whatever dumbass."

Yeah that's what he said, but it was said with a soft caring tone and a soft smile to go with it. I guess you could say they really do even out eachother.
