I'm not going down again

Jessica's POV

It was just another day. It was a Sunday. I took a shower. The shower felt good, the cold refreshing water against my skin. When I got out and got dressed. I could here my parents fighting from my room. We had a big house ok. My room was on the opposite side of the house and I could still hear my parents fighting about something.

I opened my laptop. It was designed as a forest with a deer. Earlier I was playing a game. I turned the lights off and sat in my walk in closet. I was fiddling with a necklace around my neck. I went onto the the game. My friend had been waiting for me. I put my headphones on. The music drowned the sound of my parents fighting. I had a head set so I could talk to my friends.

"So what's new? What have you been doing your late?" My friend XT that was his username. We where playing a game.

"Sorry took a long shower." I said trying not to sound like I had been crying. But he noticed.

"What's wrong?" He said sternly. In the game.

"Nothing it's ... nothing." I said pausing for a bit. "Don't you have school tomorrow" trying to change the subject. I asked knowing the answer it was the last day of summer.

"Well duh, you do to." He said.

"Yeah well last day of the playing hour long games." I said. Then we played.

It was the morning of my first day of High school. I waited at the bus stop leaning against a tree. My "friend" came up I wasn't going to talk to her if I didn't have to. The thing is it is Harper Nivail she was my bestie but sadly she grew apart during summer of two years ago. So of course she spreads filthy rumors of me that are not true. I have no friends now, the friends I had now hate me.

"Hello" I said just to be nice.

"Ew f*ck off" she screamed. So I stood back while her friends talked. I just stood their awkwardly. Finally the bus came. I was the first one on. I sat in the very back, no one sits by me. But since today's the first day of high school at falcon claw. I hoped to be noticed in a good way. Then It happened a kid came and sat across from me. For a second I stared then quickly looked away before he could judge me.

I sat in silence, the whole bus was strangely silent they were all ogling him. He was looking at me, oh great I thought why me. "Hey what's your name?" He asked. I looked at him.

"Um I'm Jessica or Jess for short," I said. I heard other comments like. " oh my god he is talking to her. Why that b*tch."  I looked down . He heard the same comment and frowned. He didn't talk to me for the rest of the bus ride. It was really awkward. He walked behind me. In my head I was thinking " B*tch get away stalker." But calmly I walked away, he got trampled up in the girls asking him questions.

I looked back he was looking at me I smiled giggling because of all the girls surrounding him. I went into the school. It was before homeroom. So we were in the cafe, I stood off to the side and leaned up against the wall no one noticed me. That's how I liked it being their and yet not cared about.

I was on my phone texting my pen pal pin the Uk. I live in a small town in a state that no one cares about. Then I got a text from my gamer friend XT.

XT: so hows the first day going?

JC (that's my username): so far not that good.

XT: aww that's to bad I am dealing with the worst of it to. I am being trampled.

JC: haha well bell is bout to ring bye :)

Then the bell rang and I head into my classroom. The first day was a real blur like nothing except names and rules were thrown at me. But I was on the bus home now. We got off the bus, I was the first one off. The guy from this morning was walking behind me. Of course that sl*t Harper, was getting to know him. I was so annoyed with it I pulled my phone out. I started texting XT.

JC: you available?

The guy behind me said something to Harper. "Can you let me take this" He asked Harper.

"Oh yeah, go ahead."  She said nicely. Then I got a text from XT. The guy I think he called himself Axton ran in front of me and started texting someone.

XT: wassup?

JC: just annoyed with the people next to me they are very popular.

XT: oh just ignore them U fine girl.

JC: oh shut up.

The guy in front of me smirked like something was funny.

XT: you going to play tonight I have little homework but later can you?

JC: yeah I have that to. See ya getting close to home.

XT: Bye

I went into my yard and walked through the door and my dad was standing in front of me about to turn the nob. He had bags with him and a annoyed look on his face.

"Dad don't." I pleaded he just walked out. Slamming the door. Tears came to my eyes. The fighting was to much for him. He had left forever. I ran to my room balling. I grabbed something on my dresser. I sat in my closet. Looking down at the picture frame in my hands. It was of me y brother and my mom and dad. My brother had died. And now my father was gone too.

I balled my eyes out. I trying not to cry while I finished my homework. Tears still coming to my eyes. My eyes were red and swollen when my mom came in my room. "Oh it's ok honey it was for the best." She said.

"IS IT, IS IT REALLY BECAUSE ITS NOT. YOU JUST MADE MY LIFE WORSE." I yelled and ran out. And went up to my attic. There was a window up there hidden from any view. I opened it and climbed onto to roof. I sat on the roof crying. XT kept texting me but I ignored the texts. I was still crying. I was to tired and sad to talk to anyone. Then I got up to climb down the roof when I lost my footing. I fell on my face sliding down the shingles's scraping my face and stomach. Then I dropped down a twenty foot drop. Then everything went black. As pain surged through my body like electricity.
