-Start-

Everybody knows that Iwagakure's and Kumogakure's Leaders hate The Yondaime Hokage of Konohagakure The First for Slaughtering their battalions in a war and the second for his superior speed
But nobody thought they would go as far and start another war Naruto knew that this situation was perfect for negotiating with a certain friend

-Naruto's Seal-

Naruto was inside the seal and was following the dense and strong demonic chakra he appeared in a room of the size of the whole Konoha (Let's make Kyuubi more intimidating if you notice in the first episode of Naruto Kyuubi was a lot bigger but when Naruto fought against Kyuubi he was small like really small if we would measure their height the First one would be 3-4x times bigger)with big red slitted eyes following his every move "What do you want Human"  The Beast growled 'He has the scent of Uchiha Madara on him' Naruto just looked at the beastl ignoring his feelings "Lord of Demons The Almighty Kyuubi no Yoko i have come here to make a deal with you" Naruto replied This got Kyuubi's attention alright "Continue human"
Naruto gulped "I will free you of this seal but i want you to be my partner in my journey to destroy the cycle of hatred or at least stop it for a short while!" The Kyuubi was looking into his eyes not saying a thing however it may have looked like it was just looking into his eyes but it was reliving Naruto's life to this point it has seen his suffering his hatred but it couldn't find Love in his soul though his soul was not dark or pure it was not even Neutral it was blank.. 'Interesting i have not seen this for a while' It stood up on all it's pawn and let it's tails move to scare Naruto even more "Uchiha Naruto i Accept your deal but before that you need to sign my Fox Clan Contract" The fox made a weird sign with it's tails and a scroll appeared on the floor infront of Naruto.. Naruto Opened it and saw a name in it 'Uchiha Madara' he smiled at his sensei's name he bit his finger and wrote his name with a mark next to it for summoning 
"Is that all i need to summon you from the seal when i destroy it?" The fox nodded and disappeared in the darkness 'It is bigger than i thought' with that Naruto disappeared 

-Real World-

Naruto shunshined into the Training grounds seeing a rather interesting person train what seemed to catch his eye was a familiar red eye with three tomoes in it Naruto started training but never let his eye go off from the stranger 

-Day Later-

After the Training Naruto went home but he was in the morning summoned to the Hokage and The Council he grumbled something about "Not Getting Enough Sleep" he slowly dressed himself and made himself look like that he wasn't an idiot... At least not a Complete Idiot.. he had a Shirt on it was unbuttoned showing all his muscles and black jeans and had a seal on his arm hold his Shinobi Tools and he was going to meet The Council

-The Shinobi & Civilian Council Room-

Naruto knocked on the door to the Council looking at the Anbu on each side of the doors 'I wonder if i would defeat a Captain' Naruto's thoughts were interrupted when The Doors opened he met the glares of the Civilian council glaring at all of them with the same force he stopped when the Elders started speaking " Uzumaki Naruto Now as Uchiha Naruto you have been brought here for the mockery of one Uchiha Sasuke " Naruto's Biological father was looking at him rather questioningly 'And now you notice me you bastard' Hiashi Hyuuga instantly perked up from the word 'Mockery and Uchiha' "What did he even do?" Hiashi asked with a smirk hoping to see a thing he could mock the Uchiha clan with (And yes Sasuke is in the council i don't care that he is a child in the Uchiha clan you are an adult when you master the Fireball Technique which he did) Naruto licked his lips and looked at sasuke making him pale The Hyuuga clan leader was smiling at the pale form of The Hyuuga clan's Rivals 'That's a brilliant idea' Hiashi thought "Uchiha Naruto i order you to show me what you did" Minato wanted to defend his only son only for Naruto to reply faster "With pleasure" Licking his lips Naruto watched as Sasuke ran behind the Civilian council only for Naruto to appear infront of him and kiss him for a minute making sasuke pass out on the ground with a blush when Naruto looked around himself he found the Female part of the council bleeding from their noses and his Father blushing and The Hyuuga clan Leader on the ground blood flowing from his nose 'Ah not he too please don't think that i'm a girl it should be clearly seen that i'm not a girl!' Naruto went back to his last position making sure that the females saw all of his 'goodies'
For fun. "That was a short version of what i did to him" said Naruto waking Hiashi out of his 'Coma' "Yes yes very um... how do i say it..hmm... Nevermind" Hiashi said still grinning Naruto rose an eyebrow "How can you be an Uchiha?" Asked Danzo looking at naruto "That isn't the case... Sharingan flows in my veins" shocking everyone in the room it shocked most his father 'He must be bluffing?' Minato thought and stood up "And do you have some evidence of that?" Naruto looked at him with a frown activating his sharingan sending chakra and more chakra into it evolving it to the Mangekyo Sharingan making the Council gasp and finally evolving it to The E.M.S shocking the council even more "Is this enough for you Yondaime?" Minato didn't even flinch at this thinking it was because naruto was talking to him infront of the council 
"So how do you have bloodline you shouldn't have? You didn't transfer an Uchiha blood into you did you?" Said Minato the council was silent looking at Naruto "I did" he got a lot of gasps in return " Naruto are you Serious!"  Minato was scared of what his son had become "What if i did inject Uchiha gene into mine? What would you do? Kill me? Use me as a Killing Machine or a Breeding Factory? If you would kill me you would have lost a formidable ally and my death would be in vain. If you however turn me Into a Killing Machine  i could turn on you and if you turn me into a breeding factory i can just as quickly destroy my family jewels and kill myself. So what will you do Yondaime Hokage No.. What would Namikaze Minato do?" With that Naruto put Minato in to a corner every council member was put into a corner even the Nara clan head 
"And did you?" Asked Minato hopefully for his son "That's a secret" replied Naruto with a smirk Naruto decided to go train so he turned around and walked to the door stopping infront of it and sasuke woke up
