If wealth is the secret to happiness; then the rich should be dancing on the street. But only poor kids do that. If power ensures security, then officials should walk unguarded. But those who live simply sleep soundly. If beauty and fame bring ideal relationships, then celebrities should have the best marriages.

Bottom Line: Live simply. Walk humbly. Love genuinely.

A doctor went to a mechanic to get his car fixed.

Mechanic: you fix people like i fix cars, you get blood on your hands as i get oil on mine, you repair veins as i do w/ pipes, so how come you get better salary than me?

Doctor: try to fix a car w/ the engine running.

Don't judge other people by your own standards. Maybe the one you judge most, is the person who respects you much more indeed.

A great man said: BE A LOTUS. Which means no matter how evil and sinful the people around you might become, don't allow yourself to be stained. A lotus remains beautiful even he it lingers in the filthy waters of the pond. Don't be contaminated or influenced by worthless means. Remain radiant among the shadows of darkness. Be a lotus. It has to start with one to fill the pond with more.

In life, you may feel tired of fighting for the same reason everyday. You may feel that everyone is moving so fast, leaving you far behind and you may feel that there's no point in moving on. There's no certainty in life, it's not how fast you get there, but it's how you played the game. Put in mind that at times, it's better to be like a turtle who patiently moves on and enjoys every step of the way rather than a rabbit who stop so fast and missing every vital details in life.

Before you say "I can't", make sure you've tried. Before you let doubts stop you, confront them w/ facts. Before fear holds you back, go forward w/ faith. Before you believe others are better, show them your best. Before you dismiss your dreams, wait until they've come true. Before you go looking for happiness, make someone happy.
