I watched as India laughed at that "Nolen" nigga, as he made a lame ass joke.

RayRay stood next to me and looked in the direction I was looking, noticing that I was staring at India.

"Damn nigga, you okay? You all red and shit." Ray said

I shook my head, "This nigga gotta go. What he think this is? He think he finna come up in here and try and take someone else's girl?"

"Well, I wouldn't blame him. India fine as fuck. But it's your fault for treating her like shit." Chresanto said joining our conversation.

"No it isn't my fault! It's hers, for betraying me!" I replied getting angrier.

"Dang bruh, calm down. How was she suppose to know that you were even coming back? U blocked her number and everything." Chresanto said, "but all that shit old anyways. I'm finna be done messing with her, it's old."

I shook my head, "Yall all know why I had to cut her off, yall know i aint want to."

"Man whatever Jacob, u aint have to do shit." RayRay said.

I turned away from Jacob. He was really pissing me off. If he likes India so much, why he making her life hell.

I looked over at India as she looked down and smiled to herself , listening to Nolen.

I smirked. Fuck what Jacob says, that's all mine.

🔔the school bell rang, signaling everyone to go to their next class🔔

I got up and walked behind India as her and Nolen went their separate ways.

"Hey India." I said as she flinched really hard. My smile went away. Damn , she even flinches at the sound of my voice.

"Uh hey Chresanto." She said slowly as she turned red.

"You can call me Chres. But listen, I'm sorry about everything I put you through. Can we start over?"

She looked up at me and smiled,"You serious?"

I nodded in amazement at her beautiful smile,"Yea."

"Well I gotta get to class. See ya later, Chres." She said walking away after giving me another smile.

I watched as she walked away. Hell yeah I was finna make her mines. In the middle of my thoughts I heard some clear their throat.

I turned around and there stood Jacob.

"Damn bruh, that's how you gone do me? You tryna take my girl too?" Jacob said.

I laughed," If she was really yours, you wouldn't be worried."

I walked away to class.

I sat in my seat uncomfortably as Jacob stared at me. I raised my hand.

"Can I go to the bathroom, Mrs. Anderson?" I asked.

She smiled at me, "Sure." She wrote me a pass and let me go.

I walked around the corner and ran straight into someone.

I backed up and picked up the books and materials that had fallen.

"I'm so sorry," I said looking up to see a female. I handed her all her things and got up.

"No problem girl! It wasnt your fault. I was too busy looking at this schedule." She replied smiling,"Oh and do know where Mrs.Anderson's class is? I'm new here.."
