I'll laugh with you
And I won't be hiding tears.
I'll hug you,
And there won't be an urge to
Never let go.
Someday, my darling,
This regret and pain
Will fade away
And I'll be able to
Love you like I'm supposed to.
Someday it won't hurt,

That day is not today.
