These questions, you don't ask them to everyone do you? You don't really go around talking to everyone and start interfering in their private life, right?
But what about the close ones?
Do you miss them too?
Yes, because you think it's immature and childish to ask questions like these. Because your egoistic mind has decided to ignore the basic units of thought and made yourself think like a godamn celebrity who has no time for mediocres.
You make these huge efforts, buy me expensive gifts, take me to sophisticated places, for what? Showing how proud you are to look down upon others and keep them under your foot? Or how you can, without any sympathy, take someone's life away and not look back at your doing again?
No babe. That is not pride. Pride is not materialistic. Pride CANNOT be devoted to only your money.
Hold me in your arms and look at me in the eyes and say that you love me; escape with me to places that noone has been to, and kiss me till your lips are plump and your jaw tired; help me solve other's problems, those who visibly need it.
That is pride, and that is how it should be. Because maybe you don't, but all these years, I've been giving pieces of my heart to those who wanted it, needed it. And as much as it destroyed me, it gave me peace and satisfaction from within.
Now I want you to give your pieces of heart along with mine, and keep donating each piece of our life to those who need it, till we grow grey and old.
And when the time has come, when our hearts our completely used up, we will die in each other's arms, looking into each other's eyes and whispering the 3 words which will give peace and satisfaction to our souls - " I love you."
