Years passed and born into a welcoming and warm family, a girl was born. Her name was Ariel, for her parents wished that she would be as graceful as the little Mermaid.

And then there was another baby girl, born into a strict but caring family. Her name, was Crystal. Her parents wished that she would grow up as an elegant and successful girl.

Both of them have goals in life. Ariel wanted to be a singer and Crystal wanted to be a producer. They were both childhood friends, growing up to be the best of friends.

Sparks. A magical bond that kept them connected. It was like their own kind of magic. The sparks were inherited by their parents, even though their parents did not have the ability to use their powers anymore, they still had sparks in them. Until then, the two little ones don't know that they would have the ability of the goddessess. ******************

Growing up with each other was like how during winter, the flower still bloomed. They were two happy sunshines, and always brought smiles to other people. Even their parents were proud of them. They knew that they would be successful.

However, there is always disharmony and disarray. During high school, both of them weren't expecting such a drastic change. Ariel was seen as a loner and Crystal was known as an introvert. It wasn't as if Crystal wasn't shy before, but this was different. Crystal was having a hard time opening up to her new friends while Ariel distanced herself from her new classmates. Both of them were having difficulties during their young teenage life.

Maybe hormones started to kick in and made it this way but as parents, they knew that they needed to do something for their children to prevent their sorrowful faces from becoming a permanent expression when they come back from school everyday.

Thus, as parents, they decided to give their children some counselling.

Crystal's parents decided that both Crystal and Ariel should spend more time together so as to cover up each other's flaws.

As Ariel was only a loner because she was deemed annoying and loud, her strength in communication would help Crystal learn to communicate better with her friends so that she could let her friends know more about herself.

Ariel on the other hand, needed to learn how to work well with others and respect everyone's opinions instead of being stubborn all the time. This was Crystal's strong point as she was always the mediator and the caring one. Crystal helped Ariel learn to care about her classmates more and slowly, Ariel learned to help others and slowly open up to other options.

"So, A plus B square equals to A divide by B...."  The teacher's words trailed off as Ariel started to stare blankly on air.

"Hey! Ariel! Stop daydreaming." Crystal whispered over to Ariel, trying to get her attention.

"Okay, okay..." Ariel replied as she almost rolled her eyes at the comment.

"Don't be disrespectful. Remember when you got caught sleeping in class? Luckily, I backed you up. Am I a friend or what?" I whispered back, feeling proud.

"Oh sure~~~ Anyways, why don't we do something fun during recess? We could go explore somewhere?" Ariel asked as she stared outside the windows.

"Ooo, That sounds boring. This school is small." Crystal complained.

"Then wait till something exciting happens. You'll be in for a ride," Ariel laughed out loud as she cracked a smile.

"Are you using literary devices now? This is chemistry period. Don't say irrelevant things and fine, I will tag along." Crystal uttered, knowing that she would eventually follow along.
