I walk out the door and a big gust of wind hits me right in the face. Jesus it's freezing here. I can't stop saying that but it really is. It's only 7am, and this is probably the earliest I've gotten up in forever, but I decided to walk down to the post office and grab the newspaper for Dad.

Seeing as I'm going to look around the area today I thought I'd better get an early start. I plug in my headphones and head down the steps putting a song on my phone, when I'm stopped abruptly by walking into something or someone.

I look up and my eyes lock with two beautiful green eyes. I take in his handsome facial features, brown curly hair, a piercing on his left eyebrow, and his perfect smile wonderfully framed by a dimple on each side. He's smiling, why is he smiling?

"Hello? Did you hear me?" he laughs. It's only now I notice I'm staring, oh god.

"Uh n-no, what did you say?" I stutter and he smiles.

"I said sorry, for bumping into you, y'know"

"Oh no really that was my fault, I was too busy looking at my phone." I laugh and he nods.

"Harry." he says and extends an arm out for me to shake.

"Zara" I smile and shake his hand.

"Well Zara, I guess I'll see you 'round." And with a smile he turns away and begins walking down the street.

I smile to myself. Harry. He was gorgeous. I continue walking down the street and when I get to the post office I buy my dad's newspaper, and a coffee from the cafe next door and head on my way back home again.

My day so far isn't going too well. I mean meeting Harry this morning was great, but since then it's only gotten shittier by the minute. I have no clue where I am, at all. My phone is dead and It's getting dark. I can't even find a cafe or anything that's open because it's a Sunday, and apparently no one in the whole of England works Sundays. Not really. But that's how it feels.

My feet are sore and I have a killer headache. This was a stupid idea, all I've seen today is a small library, a frozen over lake, and shops that were all closed. Now I'm just walking around trying to find a pay phone. But apparently they don't have those in England either.

Just when I'm about to give up and sit on the side of the road, I hear someone's footsteps behind me. I turn to be greeted with a man who looks to be in his mid fourties, he's smiling at me with his few dirty teeth he still has left, but it's not a friendly smile, there's something behind it. As he starts to walk towards me my first and only instinct is to run, as fast as I can and as far away from him as I can.

My vision is blurry and I can feel my heart beating out of my chest as my feet hit the ground, at an amazing speed. I'm surprised I'm still going, I know the only reason is because I'm scared what will happen when I stop, but when I turn in to an alleyway I'm stopped by someone again. What is with people always running into me? I take a step back and look at the person in front of me. Realizing his familiar face.

"Harry! Oh my god." I pant. So thankful that this is a small neighborhood and I just happened to run into him.

"Zara, what are you doing?" he questions worriedly.

"I'm-I was just-Someone was following me. And I was trying to get away." I say and Harry's eyes widen. He steps past me and looks around the corner of the alleyway.

"Well you must of done a good job, there's no one there now." He laughs. Why is he laughing? I could've been killed.

"Great. Well I'll get going now." I say bluntly and roll my eyes, turning to walk away. Maybe he isn't as nice as I thought he was. He grabs my elbow and spins me back to face him.

"I'll walk you home, it's too late and you probably have no clue where you're going." he says a frown crossing his face.

"Thanks, I guess." I say and he asks for my address, I tell him and he puts it in to his phone and we start walking.

It's silent for a while and I almost find myself wishing he wasn't walking with me, until he decides to talk. "What were you even doing out this late anyway?"

"I've been out since this morning, I was trying to get to know the area." I say.

"It's not too big an area to cover, surely you'd be done within a few hours, not still wandering around at 10pm." He replies. Shoving his hands in his pocket.

"Yeah, well my phone died around lunch time. And like you said, I have no clue where I'm going." I look up to see him smiling. Jesus why is he always smiling or laughing?

"We're here." I look up to see none other then my house. "Have a nice night Zara, stay out of trouble." He says.

"Thanks Harry. Night." I say, closing the door behind me.

Dad must be in bed already, I see a note on the table asking me to please wake him when I get home, a wave of guilt washes over me as I realize he would of probably been worried sick about where I was. I walk into his room and shake him gently.

"Oh Zara! You're home, I was so worried about you. Please don't do that again, why was your phone off, where have you been? Oh my god." He says almost too quickly to understand.

"I'm sorry Dad, really. I got lost and my phone was dead but I'm here now." I say. After assuring him it won't happen again I make my way to bed, and laying down. Sleep never seemed so appealing. Just as I'm drifting off to sleep though, I remember, I start school tomorrow. I set an alarm for 6:30 and finally allow myself to fall asleep.
