It was a very sunny morning, and John set out for his work. John had a very poor family. He never had a chance to go to school, since his family couldn't afford to do so. Only Paul, John's older brother, went to school,  and managed to get a decent job. John, however, always stayed at home, and helped his mother at home. When he grew up, he had always been working as a servant at other houses, and earned a very low salary. It wasn't enough to feed his beloved wife and daughter. They had struggled a lot.

But, after so many years of struggle, John begged his brother to lend him some money, so he can study somewhere and get a better job. With the money however, he could only just manage to study in a cheap, local school. He then went to a company, after his studies, and it became finalised that he would work there. He had celebrated his joy with his family.

But, as he set off for work one day, he noticed that the manager had changed. He was not welcomed into the office by this new boss of his, and was kicked out, because the manager thought that John didn't have enough qualifications to be working at the office.

What was he going to tell his family? Go back to struggle? He was so confused. He didn't mention anything at dinner.

But when his wife and daughter were fast asleep, he went out in the streets, and cried, "Why?! After so many dark days, I had finally seen the light. What am I going to do now? It's all over!" It had been just then, that he felt a warm hand touch his shoulder. He turned around, with watery eyes, to find his wife and daughter smiling at him. "Nothing is over, John. It doesn't matter how many times you fail. What matters is how many times you try. I'm sure the next shot will work!" Mary, his wife said. "Yes Daddy! Mommy is absolutely right! Don't worry!" Abigail, his daughter said, "Now let's go home."  John was so surprised, and he felt so much more encouraged! "You are right! I'll try again. Love you two so much." he said, wiping his tears. The family happily went home together in love and laughter.
