Elizabeth held her breath has she sat waited for her diploma. This was the day she could moved forward. He and Maxwell have been together for all or it he first day of school, first boyfriend and girlfriend, first kiss, even their first time. They were going to ZPU for college and move into an apartment together and move on all she had to do was get her diploma.
"Elizabeth Anna Lopez." Fabian said.
This was it dress in her cap in gown she walked across the stage to see her parents smiling and waving. The look and Davis's face showed that he was proud of her. Cameron held out the diploma and they both smiled at her.
"It's been a pleasure of having you as a student." Fabian said.
"It's been a pleasure of being a student here." Elizabeth said.
Elizabeth walked off stage and Maxwell smiled at her as she walked back to her seat. After it was over Elizabeth walked to her parents, Penelope cried as she held her daughter tight.
"My baby has finally graduated. These eighteen years have gone by so fast I don't know what I'll do without my baby." Penelope creid.
"We're proud of you Princess." Taylor smiled softly.
"Thanks Mom, thank you Daddy." Elizabeth strained herself from crying.
Davis hugged his sister and began to cry.
"I don't want you to leave. It won't be home without you." Davis cried.
"Davis I'll be here for them summer and I'll visit on the holidays." Elizabeth said with the same soft smile she's always had.
"All of them?"
"Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and during summer and spring break."
Davis let go of her and Taylor ran his finger through his son's hair. Elizabeth walked over to Maxwell who was over by the bleachers.
"Hey." He said.
"Hey." She said back.
"We did it."
"We did."
"Thinks aren't going to be the same."
"True but as every years passes by they change and we change."
"I love you."
"I love you too."
Maxwell kissed her, but broke away quicker.
"Elizabeth I asked your dad from this approval and I have their consent." Maxwell said.
"Consent? For what?"
Maxwell got down on one knee and pulled out a beautiful ring.

"Elizabeth will you marry me." Maxwell said.
Elizabeth took a deep breath. Everyone was now looking.
"No." She said.
"What?" Maxwell tapped.
Elizabeth squatted down and held Maxwell's hands.
"I love you, I really do. I do want to marry you one day but I want to get through college and not have to worry about anything other than college and I know you want to as well. Can you understand that?" Elizabeth said.
"I can." Maxwell smiled.
Elizabeth kissed Maxwell another time. They had finally graduate.
