It was an almost normal Sunday night. Tomorrow school would start once again. They had a match tomorrow. Even so, Tenma wasn't exactly excited. His voice from his childhood started to come back. That part was his evil side. But, it was also his strength, determination and cool part, his bravery too.

Without it, he was weak and a loser. The only thing left was shyness and his love for football. He would give up easily on many things. But he was still happy and loved to help his friends out. He still had his skills for dribbling.

But they are two different parts. One was an angel, the other a demon. The honest kind Tenma feels the demon part splitting apart from him. It hurted so bad. He had a big headache. The brown-haired boy decided it would be best if he just got to sleep.

So he did. It was late in the evening and cold outside. Slowly, he closed his eyes and then drifted off to sleep. Just before he closed his eyes completely, he saw a dark person in front of him. But he was too tired to care.

The next morning, he felt really weird. Like the demon part now missed completely. He sighed. Probably just his imagination, like normal. He stood up and walked to his closet, grabbing his sports clothes and his uniform, rushing downstairs for breakfast.

''Goodmorning Aki-nee!'' He said, almost whispers.

''Goodmorning Tenma! Are you okay? Your voice is so... Weak?'' She asked.

''I'm fine, Aki-nee! But I'm going now!'' He yelled, grabbed a slice of bread and cheese and held it with his lips as he opened the door and waved goodbye.

Everyone was already practicing when he arrives at the stadium. ''Goodmorning everyone!'' He said as he ran to Tsurugi and Shindou. He was slower than normal.

''Hey Tenma,'' Shindou said and gave him a soft smile.

''Everyone! Gather here!'' Endou Mamoru, Raimon's coach said. Everyone did as he said and stood around him.

''From today on, we have a new member in our team. Say hello to Tenma's brother, Matsukaze Kiyoshi!'' Endou said. Behind him, appeared a boy who looks just like Tenma, but had blood red eyes and black hair.

''Hey everyone. I'm Matsukaze Kiyoshi. I'm a third year.'' He simply said.

Tenma's jaw dropped. He knew exactly who he was. It was his demon part. ''How...?'' He managed to ask.

''You don't remember me, brother? I won't blame you. I'll explain everything later. Anyway, is this the team?'' He asked.

Everyone nodded their head. Midori drooled all over him. ''Hello Kiyoshi-kun! I am Midori, the manager of this time!'' She said.

Kiyoshi looked offended. ''I'ts Matsukaze for you. My little brother maybe wants you all to call him by his first name, but I most certainly don't. I'm much stronger than him, by the way.''

Tenma gritted his teeth. He knew it was true, he had the good things about him. He clenched his fists and growled a little.

Shindou looked at his junior and then back at Kiyoshi. ''That's not true, Matsukaze-san. Tenma is stronger then you think.'' He defended.

''No. It's true. Compared to me, he's a God.'' Tenma admitted hissing. He walked away. He needed time for himself.

Everyone stared at him. When he was gone. They had a 1 versus 1 against Shindou. Everyone's attention was back at Kiyoshi.

''How did he escape?'' Was the main question that was going through the brown haired boy's  thoughts.

He rested his head on the palms of his hands. His elbows were on his knees. ''This is not good. Not at all. How am I going to fix this? At least, I have my friends with me...'' He said reassuringly to himself.

Little did he know, his friends wouldn't even acknowledge his presence.
