After our sleep over on Saturday my mom was here. I was so happy to see her, I haven't seen her in forever.
"Hey sweetheart how's it going?" My mom asked.
"Oh it's fine. I made a friend, her name is Sotora".
"Well hi Sotora! That's a pretty nice name" My mom said.
"Why thank you!" Sotora replied.
"Well thanks for staying with Emily while she was home alone. I'm sure you took good care of her" My mom said to Sotora.
"Bye!" Sotora and I said both laughing.
On Monday I went to school of course. I was really glad my mom was back. There is this new girl at our school her name is Imiku. Man there are some pretty interesting names at this school. Sotora.. And Imiku, and mines just Emily. Imiku is in both of Sotora and my advisory. She looks really nice, I just hope she is.
"Hey class we have a new student. Her name is Imiku. Imiku can you please tell us about yourself?" Mrs. Freeman asked.
"Hello, I'm Imiku. My favorite color is blue, I like soccer, and yea" Imiku said nervously.
At break Sotora and I went to go greet Imiku.
"Hey Imiku! I'm Sotora and this is my friend Emily" Sotora said.
"Umm.. Hi" Imiku said nervously.
"You have a really pretty name! Also we were wondering if you wanted to hangout with us at lunch" I said surprisingly confident.
"Umm.. Th-thanks" Imiku studdered "And I guess I'll hangout".
"Okay we always sit at table 2 at the end. And don't worry I know what it's like to be alone and nervous" I said.
Later at lunch Imiku found us and I can tell she's starting to feel a lot more comfortable. I'm glad I'm not the only one. We told her about Miraculous ladybug because she's never seen it! She said she's a little busy to watch it though with soccer and stuff.
"So, on Friday do you guys want to come over to my house?" I asked.
"Yea totally!" Sofia and Imiku both said in unison. We all started laughing.
At my house on Friday when Imiku got here I had Miraculous ladybug ready to watch. We just had to wait for Soria who was running late.
"Ding Dong" the door bell rang. I went to open it and there was... Not Sotora it was some random guy so I told him he was at the wrong house. Then Sotora got here. We told her the story and how awkward that was.
After we watched a few episodes we got ice-cream and pizza. Then we went back and watched a couple more. Around 1 a.m. we were completely out.
