HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO :)

So I have been appauling (apPAULing? See what I did there? ;D) about updating, I have had exams, and school has been hectic, but never fear! Here is the long-awaited chapter :)

The next few chapters will jump around point of views I think, so watch out for the bold writing :)

I am currently brainstorming for a new story, which I will start in exactly 5 weeks, during the school holidays, and due to popular demand, I shall be writing about our incoherent darling, Liam.

GET EXCITED GUYS!

I love you all and I hope you enjoy this, once again I am so sorry, and a big thank you for you all for putting up with my crazy life :)

Sarah's Point of View

Niall pulled the box out of his pocket and placed it on the table. I loved him, I really did, but was I ready for a commitment as big as this?

According to my darling brother, I have Commitorum Metus; a fear of commitments. Personally, I think I have done well to last this long with Niall.

"Sarah, babe, you're daydreaming again." Niall laughed, clicking his fingers in front of my face, "So what do you think? Are you going to take the ring?" I had no idea what to do, I couldn't do this? I couldn't marry Niall? I loved him, but this? This is just too much.

I stood up and walked to the ladies room, pulling out my phone and calling Tahnee. I was totally freaking, I didn't know how to go back out there without breaking his heart.

As per usual, Tahnee was my voice of reason; "Sarah, he hasn't asked you to marry him yet. Once again you win the award for being the-idiot-that-panics-before-she-thinks. Now go back out there, and tell your boyfriend you love him. He spent ages picking that ring out for you, and you have no idea how tedious shopping with Niall Horan could possibly be. Now scoot!" she told me, laughing down the phone at my total lack of coherent thought.

I walked back out to the table, already feeling stupid about what I did, to find nothing sitting there. My bag, our plates, everything was gone. Even Niall.

“Shit.” I cursed under my breath. I presumed he had gone home, but how was I meant to get back? I had no money for a taxi, and there was no way I was walking all the way back to the complex in 5 inch heels.

I pulled out my phone and went to dial Lou’s number. But if I called Lou, I would have to tell him what was going on, and I am quite a secretive person, I didn’t want to have to tell Louis what was going on, before I even knew myself.

Searching through my phone once again, I found the contact I was looking for; ‘Leeyummm, the greatest person in the whole entire universe <3 <3 <3’ “Liam, I am so ridiculously confused. If I text you the address, will you pretty please come pick me up and I will explain on the way?” I begged of him. It was okay. I had Liam wrapped around my little finger.

Fortunately for me, Niall had taken care of the bill, so I just had to sit around awkwardly until Liam came to get me. I was only waiting for about ten minutes, until I saw the familiar black Range Rover pull up, with a concerned looking Liam at the driver’s seat.

“Liam,” I began, before I was cut off by Liam waving his hand, smirking at me in a strange way. He must have spoken to Niall.

“Sarah, what are we going to do with you?” Liam asked me sarcastically. “Niall gets you a present, and you run out of the damn restaurant?”

“Actually DAD, I went to the bathroom.” I said, “I just panicked okay? I’m not good with commitments.” I told him.

The rest of the 12 minutes and 43 seconds it took for us to get home were spent in an awkward silence. Neither of us knowing what to say about the situation.

Liam is an amazing guy, but he just doesn’t realise that everyone isn’t as perfect as him? Not all of us can settle down in a relationship at 18, not all of us can have a prefect relationship like him. Not all of us can be so fucking organised all the time!

We pulled up at the complex, and I went to walk inside before Liam grabbed my hand, “Sarah, Niall is so confused about this situation. You need to tell him what you told me. About the whole commitment thing. He went to move forward to walk into the complex, but changed his mind at the last minute. I gave him a confused look, and he checked his phone and said “I have to go pick Danielle up from the airport, she was rehearsing in LA for the Brits.” He said, giving me a hug and getting back in his car.

 I slowly made my way up the stairs until I got to the flat Niall and I shared, I went to open the door but stopped myself. I could hear Niall singing, and playing along on his guitar;

"Circles, we're going in circles,

dizzy's all it makes us,

we know where it takes us we've been before'

He always writes songs when he is upset. Always.
