Today I had a good breakfast - leaf toast with berry marmalade - yummy! Then I walked into the woods until I found a nook where there were lots of nuts of all kinds. I set up a trap, I was sure that where there were nuts there would be mice. When the mouse came along I hid in the bushes. When the mouse was about to walk over the trap, he froze in his tracks - he had spotted my trap! He jumped over the trap and collected the nuts and scampered away. My tasty meal was meal was gone, and he hadn't even left any nuts for me! I hope in have better luck next time!
