Kayla's Story

"Well okay I'm sorry once again for everything but I'm going to tell you this as well....... IM PREGNANT AND ITS BY LJ"
I couldn't believe what I heard. I knew I'd done wrong but dang God was really punishing me. I instantly hung the phone up and started to cry. *phone rings* I answered and it was Tyrek, a boy that went to my school and played basketball with LJ.

"Hey this Tyrek". "Hey Tyrek, I'm assuming you're calling about what happened today" I said to him. "Yea, it's all on social media but I was also calling to talk to you about kayla."
"oh no Tyrek I'm not about to make up with her." I said to him.
He yelled at me and said " ITS NOT ABOUT MAKING UP, its something that you might wanna talk to her and LJ about"
"What do you mean?" I said to him with a confused look on my face.
"Me and Kayla had something going on. No one knew about it but I went to the doctor the other day and got some news that's life changing. It's life changing for me, Kayla, and I'm pretty sure for LJ."
"So you're telling me.......ugh what are you trying to say Tyrek ?" I asked him with fear in my heart. "Just talk to Kayla and I'm pretty sure she'll tell you, well maybe not after all this mess but at least you know something else is going on wrong. But you didn't hear it from me." And he hung up.

I didn't know rather to call Kayla or what. I wanted to know what was going on but I was so mad at them that I just let it go for a moment. In all honestly I wish I would've just tried to fight her instead of hurting them both. Maybe all this is happening because of my craziness. Maybe it isn't happening because of my craziness, I don't know but what I do know is I needed to find out what Tyrek was trying to tell me. I contacted Tyrek's girlfriend April and asked her questions about it but she said she didn't know a thing. She lives in Georgia I don't see how they managed a long distance relationship but they did.

I couldn't get answers from April so I just decided to go ahead and call kayla.
"Kayla I need to ask you something."
"What do you need to ask me, I hope it's important because you wouldn't be calling for something that's not. Right? Now that you're not my friend." She said to me.
"Kayla it is. I need to know what happened with you and Tyrek."
"HOW YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT? WHO TOLD YOU?" She yelled.
"Kayla just tell me what's going on."
I begged her.
Kayla started to cry and then started to tell me that her and Tyrek had something going on as well. She has been seeing him since April moved to Georgia. She didn't know April had an disease. It was passed on to Tyrek and from Tyrek to Kayla .
"I have it but I passed it on to someone. I didn't know I had until after I , You know ...." she said to me.
"Kayla who did you give it to, who has it?"
I begged her to tell me but it's like she couldn't get their name out.
Kayla said "I ga...I gave....I gave it to Ma.........."
